have_v royal_a blood_n in_o his_o vein_n and_o discover_v a_o great_a and_o princely_a mind_n in_o all_o his_o action_n and_o this_o secure_v we_o of_o as_o much_o happiness_n as_o we_o can_v expect_v under_o any_o government_n but_o it_o be_v not_o mere_o the_o wise_a conduct_n of_o a_o prince_n but_o the_o governable_a temper_n of_o subject_n too_o which_o be_v necessary_a to_o make_v a_o nation_n happy_a no_o government_n neither_o of_o god_n nor_o man_n can_v make_v those_o happy_a who_o will_v not_o be_v govern_v discontent_n and_o jealousy_n and_o sedition_n turn_v the_o court_n into_o a_o camp_n and_o exchange_v the_o civil_a government_n for_o military_a force_n and_o power_n and_o the_o best_a prince_n in_o the_o world_n can_v never_o govern_v to_o so_o great_a advantage_n
