take_v in_o hand_n remember_v the_o end_n and_o thou_o shall_v never_o do_v amiss_o as_o for_o i_o i_o have_v pass_v the_o vanity_n and_o misery_n of_o this_o world_n the_o lord_n have_v give_v and_o all_o man_n to_o live_v and_o to_o die_v and_o to_o be_v in_o readiness_n thus_o be_v the_o sick_a among_o we_o anoint_v with_o the_o inner_a &_o in_o visible_a oil_n of_o y_fw-es â—_o mercy_n of_o god_n thus_o be_v they_o put_v in_o mind_n to_o have_v the_o oil_n of_o faith_n and_o of_o a_o good_a conscience_n and_o that_o their_o lamp_n may_v ever_o be_v burn_v that_o so_o they_o may_v enter_v in_o with_o the_o
