and_o induce_v we_o thereunto_o the_o three_o consyderatyon_n to_o be_v have_v in_o a_o oath_n be_v that_o we_o swear_v not_o but_o for_o justice_n sake_n equytye_n honesty_n and_o ryghtewysenes_n and_o he_o that_o due_o use_v these_o three_o consyderation_n when_o 〈◊〉_d he_o for_o the_o infirmity_n that_o be_v in_o a_o other_o man_n be_v force_v to_o use_v god_n name_n in_o testymonye_n of_o his_o sayinge_v or_o for_o charytye_n sake_n be_v require_v or_o by_o lawful_a authority_n of_o magistrate_n be_v compel_v or_o put_v to_o swear_v any_o oath_n either_o by_o the_o name_n of_o god_n or_o by_o his_o holy_a euangely_n etc._n etc._n he_o shall_v not_o do_v evil_a or_o sin_n in_o take_v or_o gyve_v the_o say_a oath_n either_o in_o matter_n of_o religion_n or_o else_o in_o other_o
