elicitive_a church-power_n and_o sure_o the_o power_n of_o discipline_n be_v the_o power_n of_o jurisdiction_n not_o of_o order_n not_o only_o because_o all_o that_o speak_v of_o this_o distinction_n do_v so_o understand_v it_o but_o also_o our_o author_n do_v here_o make_v the_o power_n of_o order_n to_o respect_v only_o the_o word_n and_o sacrament_n and_o so_o the_o power_n of_o discipline_n must_v belong_v to_o jurisdiction_n according_a to_o he_o now_o whereas_o he_o make_v the_o power_n of_o jurisdiction_n there_o to_o be_v internal_a only_o in_o the_o church_n and_o here_o to_o be_v external_a in_o the_o magistrate_n only_o if_o this_o be_v not_o a_o contradiction_n let_v any_o man_n judge_n 2._o another_o thing_n that_o here_o i_o take_v notice_n of_o be_v that_o the_o power_n determine_v in_o the_o word_n and_o so_o not_o subject_a to_o man_n nomothetical_a determination_n if_o of_o the_o circumstance_n of_o it_o neither_o be_v these_o leave_v for_o man_n to_o make_v law_n about_o they_o but_o they_o be_v determine_v by_o the_o lord_n in_o the_o general_a rule_n that_o be_v in_o the_o word_n and_o the_o dictate_v of_o right_a reason_n compare_v with_o they_o and_o the_o the_o general_a rule_n of_o the_o word_n compare_v with_o right_a reason_n be_v not_o hold_v forth_o to_o be_v the_o mind_n of_o christ_n such_o thing_n ought_v not_o to_o be_v determine_v by_o any_o man_n or_o man_n but_o be_v leave_v to_o christian_a liberty_n for_o such_o thing_n must_v be_v determine_v mere_o by_o man_n will_n but_o the_o lord_n have_v not_o leave_v the_o matter_n of_o his_o
