constitute_v a_o distinct_a order_n of_o minister_n and_o if_o as_o grave_a and_o prudent_a person_n they_o may_v be_v admit_v to_o do_v these_o office_n either_o for_o want_v of_o minister_n or_o to_o assist_v they_o yet_o may_v they_o by_o no_o mean_n be_v suffer_v to_o baptise_v it_o be_v as_o peculiar_a to_o the_o ministry_n as_o to_o administer_v the_o lord_n supper_n and_o the_o right_n of_o episcopacy_n do_v nevertheless_o acknowledge_v that_o he_o may_v neither_o ordain_v nor_o govern_v without_o the_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o his_o presbyter_n this_o be_v look_v and_o canon_n law_n which_o at_o best_o be_v suit_v to_o their_o own_o time_n and_o people_n in_o many_o thing_n very_o defective_a and_o in_o other_o erroneous_a and_o superstitious_a there_o
