and_o live_v here_o many_o year_n in_o queen_n elizabeth_n time_n after_o the_o change_n of_o religion_n and_o yet_o there_o be_v no_o memory_n that_o any_o of_o they_o do_v ever_o practice_v any_o power_n of_o ordinary_a within_o his_o own_o diocese_n in_o foro_fw-la externo_fw-la contentiosè_fw-la which_o yet_o it_o be_v clear_a he_o have_v and_o whereof_o he_o can_v not_o be_v deprive_v without_o personal_a demerit_n &_o if_o have_v this_o authority_n they_o be_v so_o far_o from_o excute_v it_o it_o be_v moral_o certain_a that_o if_o they_o have_v not_o have_v it_o they_o will_v never_o have_v seek_v it_o in_o these_o time_n and_o thus_o much_o to_o avoid_v great_a length_n for_o the_o show_v that_o the_o authority_n of_o a_o catholic_a ordinary_n in_o this_o time_n and_o place_n be_v impossible_a either_o to_o be_v impose_v or_o obey_v and_o extreme_o inconvenient_a withal_o even_o if_o it_o be_v possible_a to_z which_o this_o only_a word_n may_v also_o be_v add_v that_o even_o in_o the_o most_o clear_a case_n &_o which_o may_v appear_v to_o be_v most_o easy_a and_o may_v be_v carry_v in_o the_o most_o private_a manner_n as_o namely_o when_o any_o catholic_a shall_v lead_v a_o scandalous_a life_n or_o that_o man_n shall_v dissent_v from_o their_o wyve_n or_o the_o like_a we_o leave_v it_o to_o consideration_n whether_o as_o the_o law_n stand_v here_o a_o
