a_o high_a end_n than_o peace_n and_o plenty_n here_o on_o earth_n they_o shall_v be_v so_o order_v as_o to_o prepare_v man_n for_o eternity_n otherwise_o regna_fw-la be_v but_o latrocinia_fw-la a_o den_n of_o thief_n and_o a_o combination_n of_o devil_n thus_o much_o i_o think_v
good_a to_o deliver_v concern_v the_o nature_n of_o a_o commonwealth_n civil_a the_o distribution_n follow_v mr._n hobbs_n a_o commonwealth_n be_v either_o by_o institution_n or_o acquisition_n g._n l._n this_o be_v not_o the_o distribution_n of_o a_o commonwealth_n either_o into_o the_o integral_a part_n which_o be_v two_o 1._o the_o sovereign_a 2._o the_o subject_n not_o into_o the_o kind_n set_v up_o a_o particular_a person_n to_o be_v a_o monarch_n and_o so_o make_v themselves_o author_n of_o all_o his_o act_n whether_o be_v it_o lawful_a for_o you_o by_o a_o new_a covenant_n to_o obey_v another_o or_o cast_v off_o monarchy_n or_o transfer_v his_o person_n upon_o another_o without_o injustice_n he_o say_v you_o can_v without_o breach_n of_o covenant_n do_v it_o but_o 1._o he_o
