in_o possession_n of_o the_o ministry_n without_o a_o regular_a just_a ordination_n as_o if_o it_o be_v but_o by_o rule_v elder_n or_o by_o one_o such_o with_o the_o people_n though_o such_o a_o first_o disow_v their_o disorder_n and_o therefore_o their_o pastor_n may_v join_v with_o we_o in_o our_o assembly_n and_o we_o may_v as_o brethren_n hold_v a_o love_a correspondency_n though_o we_o own_v not_o their_o defect_n other_o difference_n doctrinal_o not_o the_o least_o there_o be_v among_o we_o 1._o whether_o a_o man_n may_v not_o be_v ordain_v a_o minister_n sine_fw-la titulo_fw-la without_o relation_n to_o a_o particular_a church_n but_o to_o the_o world_n and_o the_o church_n universal_a and_o so_o 2._o whether_o such_o may_v not_o be_v ordain_v without_o popular_a election_n the_o people_n election_n be_v not_o only_o to_o make_v he_o their_o pastor_n and_o not_o a_o minister_n of_o christ_n in_o general_n 5._o and_o whether_o such_o a_o unfixed_a general_n minister_n may_v not_o preach_v baptise_v and_o also_o pro_fw-la tempore_fw-la administer_v the_o lord_n supper_n yea_o and_o govern_v a_o particular_a church_n that_o pro_fw-la tempore_fw-la call_v he_o
