dry_n up_o of_o euphrates_n literal_o mean_v which_o be_v not_o usual_a in_o this_o book_n especial_o in_o such_o passage_n of_o note_n and_o eminency_n to_o say_v nothing_o of_o this_o that_o the_o truth_n of_o this_o miracle_n have_v no_o sure_a foundation_n i_o think_v in_o the_o book_n of_o god_n but_o only_o some_o prophetical_a allusion_n and_o the_o pprophecy_n of_o the_o counterfeit_a esdras_n in_o the_o apocrypha_fw-la this_o interpretation_n therefore_o not_o hold_v water_n we_o must_v see_v for_o some_o other_o i_o conjecture_v then_o by_o the_o dry_n up_o of_o euphrates_n be_v understand_v the_o removal_n of_o that_o obstacle_n which_o be_v a_o impediment_n to_o the_o expedition_n of_o the_o five_o angel_n against_o the_o beast_n himself_o now_o what_o this_o impediment_n be_v we_o shall_v find_v out_o if_o we_o serious_o consider_v the_o thing_n itself_o under_o which_o it_o be_v shadow_v what_o be_v then_o euphrates_n for_o this_o be_v once_o know_v we_o shall_v the_o more_o easy_o gather_v who_o shall_v be_v this_o angel_n that_o pour_v out_o his_o vial_n upon_o euphrates_n euphrates_n then_o be_v a_o river_n to_o say_v so_o much_o of_o it_o as_o concern_v our_o purpose_n in_o caldea_n that_o run_v through_o that_o great_a city_n babylon_n and_o perform_v to_o that_o city_n a_o double_a office_n the_o one_o of_o maintenance_n for_o upon_o that_o river_n be_v bring_v all_o kind_n of_o merchandise_n whereby_o the_o state_n of_o the_o city_n be_v uphold_v the_o other_o of_o defence_n be_v as_o a_o wall_n to_o the_o city_n and_o a_o sure_a safeguard_n to_o the_o citizen_n insomuch_o that_o the_o inhabitant_n have_v a_o certain_a confidence_n which_o for_o the_o sure_a belief_n thereof_o some_o have_v term_v a_o prophecy_n that_o they_o shall_v
