religious_a one_o except_o there_o can_v be_v more_o than_o one_o supreme_a in_o the_o same_o thing_n chap._n iii_o that_o a_o power_n in_o the_o magistrate_n to_o use_v force_n in_o matter_n of_o mere_a religion_n tend_v to_o man_n eternal_a ruin_n 1._o but_o if_o the_o magistrate_n have_v any_o such_o power_n from_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n it_o must_v be_v because_o it_o tend_v to_o promote_v either_o the_o eternal_a or_o temporal_a good_a of_o mankind_n or_o the_o honour_n of_o god_n but_o to_o take_v away_o the_o least_o colour_n of_o any_o right_n upon_o these_o pretence_n i_o with_o they_o after_o candlemass_n 87_o and_o receive_v the_o sacrament_n the_o next_o opportunity_n the_o easter_n after_o in_o his_o college_n chappel_n it_o expose_v he_o to_o the_o malice_n and_o demonstrate_v as_o far_o as_o a_o thing_n of_o such_o a_o nature_n be_v capable_a that_o the_o clergy_n be_v so_o far_o from_o have_v these_o power_n by_o the_o law_n of_o god_n that_o there_o be_v
