for_o as_o it_o be_v with_o those_o proselyte_n of_o old_a so_o it_o be_v with_o the_o corinthian_n then_o the_o believe_v corinthian_n have_v just_a ground_n though_o he_o know_v not_o so_o much_o to_o believe_v himself_o to_o be_v in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n as_o well_o as_o the_o believe_a proselyte_n and_o his_o seed_n to_o be_v holy_a and_o in_o the_o covenant_n and_o to_o have_v right_a to_o the_o seal_n of_o the_o covenant_n as_o well_o as_o the_o seed_n of_o the_o believe_a proselyte_n and_o from_o both_o to_o conclude_v to_o wit_n both_o from_o his_o own_o faith_n and_o from_o the_o holiness_n of_o his_o child_n that_o he_o therefore_o have_v a_o sanctify_a use_n of_o his_o yoke-fellow_n though_o yet_o unclean_a in_o herself_o through_o her_o unbelief_n and_o therefore_o take_v notice_n further_o that_o it_o be_v another_o unsound_a speech_n of_o you_o to_o say_v that_o it_o have_v be_v in_o vain_a for_o the_o apostle_n to_o go_v about_o to_o prove_v the_o far_o as_o he_o do_v only_o by_o virtue_n of_o his_o grace_n or_o state_n in_o grace_n which_o be_v the_o same_o and_o so_o by_o the_o father_n faith_n the_o child_n share_v together_o with_o he_o in_o that_o grace_n which_o his_o faith_n instate_v he_o in_o which_o be_v salvation_n itself_o second_o this_o doctrine_n take_v away_o the_o be_v of_o original_a sin_n for_o here_o they_o be_v all_o holy_a and_o partaker_n of_o grace_n until_o they_o commit_v some_o actual_a sin_n which_o deny_v any_o original_a sin_n for_o that_o will_v make_v they_o unholy_a though_o they_o never_o commit_v actual_a sin_n in_o their_o own_o person_n three_o it_o lay_v a_o ground_n of_o fall_v out_o of_o a_o estate_n of_o grace_n for_o by_o this_o doctrine_n esau_n and_o ishmael_n and_o all_o the_o child_n of_o believer_n be_v holy_a and_o partaker_n of_o the_o same_o grace_n before_o they_o commit_v actual_a sin_n as_o gen._n 25.23_o with_o rom._n 9.11_o 12_o 13._o and_o so_o gen._n 17.20_o 21._o and_o 21.9_o 10.12_o but_o as_o it_o tend_v to_o popery_n and_o arminianism_n so_o i_o shall_v leave_v it_o as_o a_o old_a creed_n bare_a error_n not_o worth_a any_o further_o meddle_v with_o silvanus_n silvanus_n your_o bare_a mistake_n of_o our_o doctrine_n in_o this_o point_n make_v your_o argument_n to_o fight_v against_o a_o error_n indeed_o and_o bare_a enough_o but_o not_o against_o any_o article_n of_o our_o creed_n which_o we_o confess_v to_o be_v all_o old_a even_o as_o old_a as_o the_o ancient_a and_o everlasting_a covenant_n and_o yet_o never_o a_o whit_n the_o more_o old_a and_o bare_a by_o credit_v but_o the_o more_o new_a and_o warm_a by_o believe_v for_o to_o the_o believer_n as_o to_o the_o new_a creature_n all_o thing_n become_v new_a whereas_o in_o your_o despoil_n and_o strip_v the_o infant_n child_n of_o believer_n out_o of_o the_o band_n the_o swaddle_a band_n of_o the_o covenant_n you_o conspire_v with_o old_a adam_n herein_o in_o their_o destruction_n for_o as_o he_o kill_v they_o by_o his_o fall_n so_o you_o bury_v they_o not_o in_o the_o land_n of_o promise_n but_o in_o the_o pit_n of_o perdition_n and_o land_n of_o oblivion_n and_o forgetfulness_n as_o forget_v of_o god_n in_o his_o election_n forget_v of_o christ_n in_o his_o redemption_n forget_v of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n in_o his_o sanctification_n and_o so_o quite_o out_o of_o the_o way_n of_o holiness_n and_o grace_n without_o covenant_n without_o hope_n without_o christ_n without_o god_n in_o the_o world_n but_o to_o come_v to_o your_o mistake_n of_o our_o doctrine_n which_o lie_v not_o in_o this_o that_o by_o virtue_n of_o a_o believer_n estate_n we_o hold_v all_o his_o fruit_n to_o be_v holy_a for_o we_o acknowledge_v that_o right_o understand_v as_o you_o know_v we_o express_v ourselves_o that_o by_o virtue_n of_o a_o believer_n estate_n together_o with_o the_o virtue_n of_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n to_o he_o and_o his_o seed_n all_o his_o fruit_n be_v holy_a but_o when_o you_o add_v and_o partake_v in_o the_o same_o estate_n of_o grace_n with_o he_o there_o you_o quite_o mistake_v we_o for_o though_o all_o the_o fruit_n of_o a_o believer_n be_v holy_a yet_o all_o of_o they_o do_v not_o partake_v with_o he_o in_o the_o same_o estate_n of_o all_o kind_n of_o holiness_n which_o their_o believe_a father_n enjoy_v much_o less_o so_o far_o as_o he_o do_v for_o whereas_o there_o be_v three_o sort_n of_o holiness_n as_o have_v be_v touch_v above_o 1._o one_o by_o imputation_n from_o christ_n 2._o another_o by_o regeneration_n from_o the_o spirit_n 3._o a_o three_o by_o separation_n to_o god_n and_o to_o his_o worship_n and_o to_o participation_n of_o the_o ordinance_n through_o the_o covenant_n the_o believe_a parent_n enjoy_v all_o these_o but_o not_o so_o all_o his_o seed_n all_o of_o they_o indeed_o partake_v of_o the_o last_o of_o the_o first_o only_o the_o elect_a but_o not_o of_o the_o second_o till_o they_o be_v regenerate_v and_o against_o our_o doctrine_n thus_o declare_v your_o argument_n fall_v like_o dagon_n before_o the_o ark_n of_o the_o covenant_n for_o to_o the_o first_o we_o ready_o answer_v it_o follow_v not_o that_o if_o our_o doctrine_n be_v a_o truth_n than_o one_o may_v be_v save_v by_o another_o faith_n for_o we_o do_v not_o teach_v that_o all_o within_o the_o covenant_n or_o all_o that_o be_v holy_a by_o the_o covenant_n be_v save_v or_o be_v in_o a_o state_n of_o salvation_n but_o that_o by_o the_o covenant_n they_o be_v either_o in_o a_o state_n of_o salvation_n or_o under_o the_o mean_n of_o salvation_n neither_o do_v we_o teach_v that_o all_o under_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n be_v in_o a_o state_n of_o grace_n unless_o a_o state_n of_o grace_n be_v take_v in_o a_o large_a sense_n
