distrayne_v the_o same_o personne_fw-fr or_o personnes_fw-fr so_o be_v behind_o by_o their_o good_n and_o cattle_n and_o the_o distress_n so_o take_v to_o keep_v by_o the_o space_n of_o eight_o day_n at_o the_o cost_n and_o charge_n of_o the_o owner_n thereof_o and_o if_o the_o say_a owner_n do_v not_o pay_v such_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o shall_v be_v tax_v by_o this_o act_n within_o the_o same_o viii_o day_n than_o the_o same_o distress_n to_o be_v apprayse_v by_o four_o three_o or_o two_o of_o the_o inhabitant_n where_o such_o distress_n be_v take_v and_o also_o to_o be_v sell_v by_o the_o say_a constable_n and_o other_o collectoure_n for_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a money_n and_o the_o overplus_n come_n of_o the_o sale_n and_o keep_a thereof_o if_o any_o be_v to_o be_v immediatelye_a restore_v to_o the_o owner_n of_o the_o same_o distress_n which_o say_v offycer_n and_o other_o personne_n so_o depute_v to_o ask_v take_v gather_z and_z levye_fw-mi the_o say_a sum_n shall_v answer_v and_o be_v charge_v for_o the_o portion_n only_o to_o they_o assign_v or_o limit_v to_o be_v gather_v levy_a and_o comprise_v in_o the_o say_a writing_n or_o estrete_n to_o they_o as_o be_v before_o say_v deliver_v to_o those_o of_o our_o soveraygne_a lady_n the_o queen_n majesty_n and_o her_o heir_n and_o successoure_n and_o the_o say_a sum_n in_o that_o writing_n or_o estrete_n comprise_v to_o pay_v unto_o the_o high_a collector_n or_o collector_n of_o that_o place_n for_o the_o collection_n of_o the_o same_o in_o manner_n and_o form_n underwritten_a thereunto_o to_o be_v name_v and_o depute_v and_o the_o same_o inhabitant_n and_o offycer_n so_o gather_v the_o same_o particular_a sum_n for_o their_o collection_n thereof_o shall_v retain_v for_o every_o twenty_o shilling_n so_o by_o they_o receve_v and_o pay_v two_o penny_n and_o that_o to_o be_v allow_v at_o the_o payment_n of_o their_o collection_n by_o they_o to_o be_v make_v by_o the_o high_a collector_n or_o collectoure_n and_o further_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o say_a authority_n that_o the_o say_v commissyoner_n or_o the_o more_o part_n of_o they_o as_o shall_v take_v upon_o they_o thex_n ecution_n and_o besyne_n of_o the_o say_a commyssion_n shall_v for_o the_o same_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a subsedye_n name_v such_o sufficient_a and_o able_a person_n which_o then_o shall_v have_v and_o possess_v land_n and_o other_o hereditament_n in_o their_o own_o right_n of_o the_o yearly_a value_n of_o twenty_o pound_n or_o good_n to_o the_o value_n of_o two_o hundred_o mark_n at_o the_o jest_n and_o the_o personne_n feverallye_o by_o the_o dyscresion_n of_o the_o same_o commissyoner_n in_o shire_n ridynge_n lathe_n wapentake_n rape_n city_n town_n corporat_fw-la and_o other_o whatsoever_o place_n aswell_o with_o in_o place_n privilege_v as_o without_o not_o be_v forprise_v within_o this_o act_n to_o be_v high_a collector_n &_o have_v the_o collection_n and_o receipt_n of_o the_o say_v sum_n set_v &_o leviable_a within_o the_o precinct_n limit_n and_o bond_n where_o they_o shall_v be_v so_o limit_v to_o gather_v and_o receive_v so_o every_o of_o the_o which_o collector_n so_o several_o name_v the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o two_o of_o they_o at_o the_o lest_o shall_v with_o alspede_n and_o without_o delay_n after_o the_o say_v whole_a sum_n of_o the_o say_a subsidy_n be_v set_v by_o all_o
