or_o can_v have_v to_o dispose_v of_o a_o king_n who_o have_v more_o free_a kingdom_n then_o one_o so_o negative_o none_o ought_v or_o may_v dispose_v of_o his_o majesty_n person_n without_o or_o against_o their_o consent_n the_o like_a we_o suppose_v will_v be_v mutual_o acknowledge_v in_o reference_n to_o the_o parliament_n of_o scotland_n it_o be_v a_o fundamental_a right_n and_o liberty_n of_o either_o kingdom_n that_o none_o can_v just_o without_o their_o own_o consent_n impede_fw-la or_o restrain_v the_o person_n of_o their_o king_n from_o come_v among_o they_o and_o do_v the_o of_o as_o restrictive_a to_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n and_o exclusive_a of_o the_o parliament_n of_o scotland_n or_o as_o if_o the_o two_o house_n be_v to_o dispose_v of_o the_o person_n of_o the_o king_n by_o their_o single_a and_o sole_a authority_n without_o the_o consent_n and_o concurrence_n of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o scotland_n we_o trust_v this_o sense_n be_v as_o far_o from_o the_o thought_n of_o both_o house_n as_o it_o be_v from_o justice_n and_o equity_n the_o parliament_n of_o scotland_n have_v as_o much_o interest_n in_o the_o person_n of_o the_o king_n of_o scotland_n as_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n have_v in_o the_o person_n of_o the_o king_n of_o england_n and_o the_o person_n be_v but_o one_o both_o kingdom_n must_v needs_o share_v equal_o in_o that_o joint_a interest_n neither_o have_v the_o parliament_n of_o england_n any_o more_o power_n to_o dispose_v of_o the_o person_n of_o this_o king_n of_o scotland_n be_v in_o england_n than_o the_o parliament_n be_v not_o whether_o the_o house_n of_o parliament_n or_o the_o scot_n army_n shall_v dispose_v of_o the_o person_n of_o the_o king_n in_o england_n our_o army_n claim_v no_o power_n to_o dispose_v of_o his_o majesty_n person_n and_o as_o they_o can_v not_o refuse_v to_o receive_v he_o when_o he_o come_v among_o they_o so_o they_o be_v ready_a to_o obey_v and_o submit_v to_o the_o joint_a resolution_n of_o both_o kingdom_n concern_v his_o majesty_n neither_o be_v the_o question_n which_o of_o the_o two_o kingdom_n shall_v trust_v the_o other_o with_o the_o present_a residence_n of_o scotland_n and_o therefore_o that_o either_o he_o may_v receive_v his_o crown_n of_o scotland_n by_o a_o vicegerent_n there_o or_o that_o it_o may_v be_v send_v hither_o unto_o he_o likeas_n this_o present_a parliament_n when_o the_o king_n go_v last_o into_o scotland_n to_o settle_v the_o peace_n of_o that_o kingdom_n do_v earnest_o desire_v and_o press_v that_o
he_o may_v not_o go_v but_o that_o he_o may_v stay_v here_o for_o the_o urgent_a affair_n of_o this_o kingdom_n but_o both_o in_o the_o one_o case_n and_o in_o the_o other_o the_o interest_n of_o
