kingdom_n which_o be_v the_o end_n for_o which_o the_o ordinance_n concern_v the_o militia_n be_v make_v and_o be_v agreeable_a to_o the_o scope_n and_o purpose_n of_o the_o law_n can_v in_o reason_n
