that_o the_o say_a proviso_n and_o every_o clause_n thereof_o be_v from_o henceforth_o repeal_v and_o make_v void_a and_o null_a and_o that_o those_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a delinquent_n who_o shall_v be_v exempt_v from_o the_o penalty_n of_o the_o say_a ordinance_n of_o the_o 23_o of_o may_v last_v be_v and_o shall_v be_v only_o such_o who_o have_v their_o usual_a habitation_n within_o the_o say_v they_o for_o settle_v the_o fine_a and_o payment_n and_o secure_v of_o the_o money_n upon_o the_o say_a composition_n provide_v that_o those_o who_o have_v their_o habitation_n out_o of_o the_o say_a line_n and_o within_o the_o twenty_o mile_n aforesaid_a shall_v not_o continue_v within_o the_o say_a line_n of_o communication_n unless_o they_o have_v particular_a licence_n from_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n or_o from_o the_o committee_n at_o goldsmiths-hall_n renew_v since_o the_o say_v 23_o of_o may_v last_v for_o such_o cause_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o it_o be_v hereby_o further_o ordain_v that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o any_o constable_n or_o officer_n hereunto_o authorize_v upon_o suspicion_n to_o apprehend_v any_o such_o delinquent_n and_o secure_v they_o till_o they_o make_v i●_n appear_v that_o they_o be_v within_o any_o of_o the_o aforesaid_a qualification_n and_o every_o such_o officer_n for_o perform_v of_o his_o or_o their_o duty_n therein_o shall_v be_v save_v harmless_a and_o indemnify_v by_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n it_o be_v hereby_o further_o declare_v that_o this_o ordinance_n and_o the_o say_v former_a recite_v ordinance_n of_o the_o 23_o of_o may_n 1648._o be_v intend_v to_o extend_v and_o do_v extend_v to_o all_o sequester_a minister_n that_o be_v sequester_v for_o delinquency_n or_o scandal_n provide_v also_o that_o every_o such_o papist_n and_o delinquent_n within_o this_o ordinance_n as_o shall_v stay_v within_o the_o line_n of_o communication_n or_o within_o twenty_o mile_n thereof_o after_o the_o nineteenth_o day_n of_o this_o instant_a month_n of_o june_n contrary_a to_o this_o present_a ordinance_n and_o not_o within_o the_o qualification_n or_o license_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v also_o beside_o the_o punishment_n of_o imprisonment_n forfeit_a and_o pay_v the_o sum_n of_o twenty_o pound_n one_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o be_v pay_v to_o the_o person_n or_o person_n who_o shall_v discover_v such_o
