to_o command_v the_o next_o constable_n or_o in_o absence_n of_o a_o constable_n his_o own_o servant_n or_o any_o other_o person_n have_v a_o warrant_n in_o writ_n subscribe_v by_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o peace_n with_o assistance_n of_o the_o country_n to_o bring_v any_o such_o party_n before_o he_o if_o either_o the_o sheriff_n or_o baily_n shall_v condemn_v any_o person_n in_o grant_v thereof_o but_o upon_o consignation_n of_o the_o sum_n contain_v in_o the_o sentence_n and_o by_o find_v caution_n for_o payment_n of_o the_o charge_n at_o the_o modification_n of_o the_o shall_v be_v levy_v not_o only_o of_o the_o man_n but_o also_o of_o the_o woman_n according_a to_o her_o quality_n and_o the_o degree_n of_o her_o offence_n the_o one_o without_o prejudice_n of_o any_o of_o the_o justice_n shall_v receive_v security_n of_o the_o say_a party_n who_o require_v the_o defender_n to_o be_v deliver_v to_o he_o that_o justice_n shall_v be_v due_o minister_v and_o have_v be_v in_o use_n of_o the_o justice_n shall_v appoint_v two_o or_o more_o person_n of_o good_a same_o and_o quality_n in_o every_o paroch_n to_o be_v overseer_n for_o the_o poor_a in_o each_o paroch_n aforesaid_a and_o to_o authorise_v the_o say_v overseer_n to_o make_v due_a trial_n and_o examination_n of_o the_o condition_n and_o number_n of_o such_o poor_a aged_n sick_a lame_a and_o impotent_a inhabitant_n of_o the_o say_a paroch_n who_o of_o themselves_o have_v not_o to_o maintain_v they_o nor_o be_v able_a to_o work_v for_o their_o live_n as_o also_o of_o all_o orphan_n and_o such_o like_a case_n and_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v refuse_v or_o delay_v to_o assist_v the_o say_a constable_n or_o constable_n in_o execute_v his_o or_o their_o office_n such_o person_n for_o refuse_v or_o delay_v shall_v be_v imprison_v or_o otherwise_o punish_v by_o the_o say_a justice_n at_o their_o session_n all_o constable_n shall_v arrest_v any_o person_n not_o be_v in_o his_o majesty_n service_n who_o shall_v be_v find_v wear_v of_o hagbut_n gun_n or_o pistol_n in_o any_o sort_n and_o shall_v carry_v they_o before_o some_o justice_n of_o peace_n who_o be_v
