officer_n to_o enter_v into_o and_o searcâ—_n his_o or_o their_o cellar_n warehouse_n storehouse_n storecellar_n and_o other_o place_n and_o to_o take_v a_o account_n of_o the_o quality_n and_o quantity_n of_o he_o or_o their_o good_n therein_o remain_v every_o such_o merchant_n shall_v for_o every_o such_o refusal_n forfeit_v one_o hundred_o pound_n and_o if_o permit_v entrance_n and_o search_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v nevertheless_o afterward_o refuse_v to_o make_v oath_n that_o the_o good_n and_o merchandize_n view_v and_o see_v by_o and_o show_v unto_o the_o officer_n or_o officer_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o by_o he_o ship_v out_o as_o aforesaid_a be_v all_o of_o they_o import_v by_o himself_o or_o for_o his_o account_n from_o beyond_o the_o sea_n and_o enter_v upon_o his_o import_n account_v in_o the_o office_n of_o excize_n and_o without_o alteration_n of_o property_n all_o and_o every_o such_o good_n shall_v be_v esteem_v and_o repute_v the_o good_n and_o merchandize_n of_o some_o other_o than_o such_o merchant_n and_o therefore_o not_o at_o all_o to_o be_v reckon_v in_o discharge_n of_o his_o account_n and_o if_o such_o merchant_n shall_v make_v oath_n and_o yet_o shall_v neglect_v or_o refuse_v for_o six_o day_n follow_v after_o the_o do_v thereof_o to_o pay_v and_o satisfy_v stch_v excize_a as_o shall_v be_v due_a or_o payable_a â—hereupon_o every_o such_o merchant_n his_o bond_n give_v upon_o entry_n of_o those_o good_n which_o shall_v be_v find_v want_v shall_v be_v return_v into_o the_o exchequer_n there_o to_o be_v prosecute_v according_a to_o the_o course_n of_o law_n and_o shall_v not_o afterward_o upon_o his_o or_o their_o importation_n of_o good_n into_o any_o port_n of_o this_o realm_n be_v permit_v to_o take_v up_o land_n or_o lay_v on_o shore_n he_o or_o their_o good_n before_o payment_n down_o of_o their_o full_a excize_n unto_o the_o officer_n appoint_v to_o receive_v the_o same_o at_o the_o port_n where_o such_o his_o good_n shall_v arrive_v or_o be_v bring_v in_o that_o the_o commissioner_n sub-commissioner_n or_o collector_n of_o excize_n respective_o in_o the_o limit_n and_o district_n of_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a office_n or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o where_o there_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v more_o than_o one_o sub-commissioner_n and_o collector_n or_o else_o such_o other_o person_n or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v authorize_v thereunto_o together_o with_o such_o sub-commissioner_n or_o collector_n under_o the_o hand_n and_o any_o notice_n complaint_n or_o information_n to_o proceed_v to_o examination_n of_o the_o matter_n of_o fact_n by_o summon_v or_o cause_v party_n and_o witness_n to_o be_v summon_v to_o appear_v before_o they_o by_o cause_v summons_n â—n_o write_v under_o the_o hand_n of_o their_o clerk_n or_o other_o officer_n thereunto_o appoint_v to_o be_v leave_v at_o the_o usual_a place_n of_o abode_n that_o for_o want_n of_o distress_n to_o be_v have_v to_o satisfy_v any_o forfeiture_n fine_a or_o penalty_n impose_v by_o this_o present_a act_n not_o exceed_v ten_o pound_n it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o the_o say_a commissioner_n in_o the_o city_n and_o port_n of_o dublin_n and_o to_o the_o sub-commissioner_n and_o collector_n in_o any_o other_o port_n of_o ireland_n together_o with_o a_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o other_o chief_a magistrate_n of_o any_o corporation-town_n to_o commit_v the_o party_n offend_v to_o the_o next_o goal_n or_o house_n of_o correction_n there_o
