mean_a jury_n rerurn_v to_o try_v offender_n of_o very_a great_a quality_n as_o for_o the_o great_a sort_n of_o person_n to_o be_v return_v and_o serve_v in_o the_o trial_n of_o person_n of_o the_o low_a degree_n in_o what_o manner_n and_o for_o what_o cause_n the_o party_n to_o be_v try_v may_v except_v against_o the_o jury_n or_o any_o of_o they_o will_v not_o be_v needful_a here_o to_o mention_v for_o my_o part_n i_o think_v juries_n of_o the_o gentry_n and_o yeomanry_n or_o man_n of_o good_a estate_n with_o some_o equality_n and_o indifference_n mix_v together_o to_o be_v the_o best_a way_n of_o trial_n in_o the_o world_n and_o most_o agreeable_a to_o the_o ancient_a law_n of_o england_n i_o do_v not_o find_v that_o the_o clergyman_n though_o there_o be_v about_o nine_o or_o offence_n comprise_v in_o the_o aforesaid_a statute_n of_o thirty_o one_o henry_n eight_o but_o only_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v make_v by_o the_o oath_n of_o twelve_o man_n before_o commissioner_n
