year_n and_o their_o servant_n together_o with_o the_o age_n of_o their_o child_n as_o well_o as_o they_o can_v be_v know_v on_o pain_n respective_o to_o forfeit_n 20_o s._n for_o every_o default_n and_o this_o presentment_n to_o be_v enter_v by_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o peace_n or_o town-clerk_n on_o record_n without_o fee_n on_o pain_n of_o 40_o s._n for_o every_o default_n 4._o recusant_n officer_n pees_z for_o present_v recusant_n if_o the_o recusant_n be_v convict_v upon_o such_o presentment_n the_o officer_n present_v he_o shall_v have_v 40_o s._n out_o of_o the_o say_v recusants_n estate_n by_o order_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n 5._o recusant_n who_o have_v power_n to_o punish_v recusant_n justice_n of_o assize_n goal-delivery_n and_o of_o the_o peace_n have_v power_n of_o hear_v and_o determine_v the_o offence_n of_o such_o popish_a recusant_n as_o well_o for_o their_o not_o take_v the_o sacrament_n as_o for_o not_o come_v to_o the_o church_n according_a to_o this_o and_o former_a law_n and_o statute_n and_o to_o make_v proclamation_n that_o they_o shall_v tender_v themselves_o to_o the_o sheriff_n or_o bailiff_n of_o the_o liberty_n where_o they_o be_v before_o the_o next_o assize_n goal-delivery_n or_o session_n respective_o which_o if_o they_o shall_v not_o do_v that_o default_n be_v to_o be_v record_v and_o it_o shall_v be_v a_o sufficient_a churchwarden_n of_o any_o parish_n or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o shall_v complain_v to_o any_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n or_o any_o person_n suspect_v of_o recusancy_n than_o the_o say_a justice_n may_v in_o either_o of_o the_o say_a case_n minister_v the_o say_a oath_n and_o upon_o refusal_n commit_v the_o party_n to_o prison_n there_o to_o remain_v until_o the_o next_o assize_n or_o session_n where_o if_o he_o or_o she_o again_o refuse_v to_o take_v it_o they_o shall_v incur_v a_o praemunire_n except_o woman_n covert_a praemunire_n praemunire_n who_o shall_v only_o be_v imprison_v in_o this_o case_n and_o there_o remain_v without_o bail_n until_o they_o take_v the_o say_a oath_n 3._o it_o the_o penalty_n of_o refuse_v the_o oath_n lawyer_n etc._n etc._n refuse_v it_o none_o refuse_v the_o say_a oath_n shall_v be_v capable_a of_o any_o office_n of_o judicature_n or_o other_o office_n be_v no_o office_n of_o inheritance_n or_o ministerial_a function_n or_o to_o practice_v the_o common_a law_n physic_n chirurgery_n the_o art_n of_o apothecary_n or_o any_o liberal_a science_n for_o gain_n 4._o penalty_n a_o marry_a woman_n convict_v of_o recusancy_n her_o penalty_n if_o a_o marry_a woman_n be_v a_o convict_a recusant_n and_o do_v not_o conform_v within_o three_o month_n after_o conviction_n she_o shall_v be_v commit_v to_o prison_n by_o a_o privy-counsellor_n or_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n if_o she_o be_v a_o barroness_n but_o if_o a_o low_a degree_n than_o she_o shall_v be_v commit_v by_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n whereof_o one_o of_o the_o
