will_v have_v be_v urge_v again_o in_o this_o place_n i_o think_v it_o proper_a to_o mention_v these_o thing_n to_o show_v how_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v that_o my_o lord_n preston_n have_v not_o his_o letter_n patent_n to_o produce_v and_o to_o satisfy_v every_o man_n that_o there_o be_v no_o hardship_n put_v upon_o my_o lord_n preston_n by_o try_v he_o here_o when_o he_o ought_v to_o be_v try_v by_o another_o judicature_n the_o lord_n have_v give_v judgement_n against_o these_o letter_n patent_n and_o have_v order_v that_o they_o shall_v remain_v in_o custody_n of_o the_o clerk_n of_o parliament_n and_o my_o l._n preston_n be_v not_o a_o stranger_n to_o these_o transaction_n and_o therefore_o if_o my_o lord_n council_n have_v be_v of_o opinion_n he_o can_v have_v make_v any_o use_n of_o they_o they_o will_v have_v inform_v he_o he_o must_v have_v take_v another_o course_n to_o have_v get_v they_o and_o can_v not_o expect_v this_o court_n shall_v make_v a_o order_n for_o he_o contrary_a to_o the_o order_n of_o the_o house_n of_o lord_n to_o take_v the_o letter_n patent_n out_o of_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o parliament_n
