sum_n of_o five_o pound_n or_o be_v corporal_o punish_v by_o whip_v not_o exceed_v ten_o stripe_n a_o piece_n at_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o session_n of_o the_o peace_n who_o shall_v have_v any_o person_n or_o person_n in_o write_v to_o the_o intent_n that_o the_o state_n of_o freehold_n or_o inheritance_n right_o title_n or_o interest_n of_o any_o person_n or_o person_n of_o in_o or_o to_o any_o land_n tenement_n or_o
goal_n delivery_n for_o the_o respective_a county_n and_o place_n of_o york_n hampshire_n the_o island_n of_o capaweek_n alias_o martha's-vineyard_n and_o nantucket_n within_o the_o same_o from_o time_n to_o time_n as_o the_o governor_n and_o council_n advise_v with_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o superior_a court_n shall_v direct_v and_o appoint_v according_a as_o occasion_n may_v be_v and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a court_n plaintiff_n liberty_n to_o begin_v his_o suit_n in_o the_o inferior_a or_o superior_a court_n that_o it_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o liberty_n of_o any_o plaintiff_n to_o begin_v his_o suit_n either_o in_o the_o inferior_a or_o superior_a court_n at_o his_o pleasure_n and_o where_o the_o original_a process_n be_v make_v out_o of_o
