and_o by_o some_o opinion_n every_o assault_a or_o put_v in_o fear_n of_o the_o king_n people_n whether_o it_o be_v by_o unlawful_a wear_n of_o armour_n or_o by_o assemble_v of_o people_n to_o do_v any_o unlawful_a act_n whatsoever_o and_o for_o the_o better_a prevent_n that_o nothing_o be_v do_v against_o the_o peace_n any_o of_o these_o officer_n may_v take_v and_o arrest_v all_o suspect_a person_n as_o well_o stranger_n as_o other_o which_o walk_v in_o the_o night_n and_o sleep_n in_o the_o day_n or_o which_o do_v haunt_v any_o house_n suspect_v of_o bawdry_n or_o shall_v in_o the_o night_n use_v other_o suspicious_a company_n or_o shall_v do_v or_o commit_v any_o outrage_n or_o other_o misdemeanour_n and_o they_o may_v carry_v they_o before_o a_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n to_o find_v surety_n of_o their_o good_a behaviour_n and_o if_o any_o such_o officer_n be_v not_o of_o sufficient_a strength_n to_o do_v it_o alone_o he_o may_v require_v meet_a aid_n of_o his_o officer_n forthwith_o to_o arrest_v he_o and_o if_o his_o warrant_n express_v so_o much_o may_v convey_v he_o to_o the_o gaol_n without_o carry_v he_o before_o the_o justice_n and_o if_o the_o party_n shall_v make_v any_o resistance_n or_o seek_v to_o escape_v such_o officer_n may_v justify_v the_o beat_n or_o hurt_v of_o he_o and_o such_o officer_n ought_v at_o the_o next_o quarter_n session_n shall_v carry_v the_o party_n before_o that_o justice_n but_o if_o it_o be_v to_o bring_v one_o before_o himself_o or_o some_o other_o justice_n etc._n etc._n then_o may_v such_o officer_n give_v
