peace_n the_o monthly_a absence_n from_o church_n of_o every_o popish_a recusant_n and_o their_o child_n be_v above_o the_o age_n of_o nine_o year_n and_o their_o servant_n together_o with_o the_o age_n of_o their_o child_n as_o near_o as_o they_o can_v know_v they_o in_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v respective_o for_o every_o such_o default_n 20_o s._n which_o presentment_n the_o clerk_n of_o the_o peace_n or_o town-clerk_n shall_v record_v without_o fee_n in_o pain_n of_o 40_o s._n ci._n if_o upon_o such_o presentment_n be_v the_o first_o the_o recusant_n be_v convict_v the_o officer_n that_o present_v he_o shall_v have_v 40_o s._n to_o be_v levy_v by_o warrant_n upon_o the_o recusant_n good_n and_o estate_n as_o the_o more_o part_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n shall_v think_v fit_a
