company_n after_o this_o bill_n oppress_v their_o fellow-subject_n than_o in_o conscience_n as_o well_o as_o law_n entitle_v to_o a_o equal_a liberty_n in_o the_o trade_n they_o will_v deserve_o danger_n from_o the_o company_n for_o the_o reason_n beforementioned_a as_o for_o the_o cambia_n trade_n which_o by_o the_o bill_n be_v propose_v to_o be_v secure_v to_o the_o company_n if_o this_o honourable_a house_n shall_v think_v fit_a to_o open_v that_o to_o all_o other_o it_o be_v hope_v such_o a_o separate_a duty_n shall_v be_v lay_v as_o may_v be_v proportionable_a to_o the_o charge_n of_o the_o building_n the_o fort_n and_o castle_n and_o the_o annual_a support_n of_o the_o trade_n the_o fort_n will_v cost_v the_o company_n 20000_o l._n and_o the_o annual_a expense_n not_o less_o than_o 6000_o l._n and_o the_o trade_n thither_o be_v never_o for_o above_o 10000_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la ever_o since_o the_o parliament_n vote_v that_o it_o be_v the_o undoubted_a right_n of_o all_o the_o subject_n of_o england_n to_o trade_n to_o foreign_a part_n none_o of_o those_o free_a trader_n have_v ever_o bring_v to_o the_o parliament_n a_o bill_n to_o settle_v this_o trade_n but_o still_o oppose_v what_o be_v offer_v by_o the_o company_n for_o settle_v the_o same_o the_o reason_n whereof_o be_v plain_a because_o those_o free_a trader_n as_o they_o true_o call_v themselves_o have_v never_o contribute_v to_o what_o be_v necessary_a for_o the_o general_a support_n of_o the_o trade_n have_v just_a cause_n to_o believe_v that_o under_o such_o a_o regulation_n whatsoever_o it_o shall_v be_v they_o must_v pay_v towards_o what_o by_o the_o parliament_n shall_v be_v think_v necessary_a for_o the_o general_a interest_n of_o that_o trade_n whereas_o if_o they_o can_v continue_v that_o heavy_a load_n upon_o the_o african_a company_n only_o by_o oppose_v this_o bill_n they_o shall_v then_o enjoy_v their_o trade_n without_o that_o expense_n so_o that_o these_o free_a trader_n have_v for_o about_o nine_o year_n last_o pass_v since_o they_o have_v have_v a_o liberty_n to_o trade_n continue_v no_o less_o burden_n upon_o the_o company_n than_o 25000_o l._n per_fw-la ann._n communibus_fw-la annis_n during_o this_o war_n but_o will_v never_o touch_v this_o weight_n with_o one_o of_o their_o finger_n though_o themselves_o receive_v great_a profit_n thereby_o and_o be_v equal_o protect_v in_o their_o factory_n and_o effect_n with_o what_o belong_v to_o the_o company_n itself_o but_o it_o be_v now_o humble_o hope_v this_o honourable_a house_n will_v put_v those_o free_a trader_n and_o the_o company_n for_o the_o future_a upon_o a_o just_a balance_n by_o give_v countenance_n to_o this_o bill_n which_o with_o all_o submission_n can_v give_v no_o advantage_n to_o the_o company_n above_o other_o trader_n whilst_o their_o own_o effect_n will_v be_v liable_a to_o the_o same_o charge_n with_o other_o man_n and_o a_o general_a good_a aught_o to_o be_v support_v by_o all_o that_o have_v benefit_n thereby_o viz._n those_o fort_n and_o castle_n so_o necessary_a for_o the_o common_a advantage_n of_o this_o trade_n the_o support_n whereof_o have_v lie_v too_o heavy_a upon_o the_o present_a company_n who_o do_v therefore_o by_o this_o bill_n humble_o apply_v themselves_o to_o this_o honourable_a house_n for_o their_o relief_n in_o the_o premise_n
