likewise_o arise_v happen_v and_o grow_v to_o be_v pay_v and_o bear_v for_o or_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o say_a joint-trade_n and_o copartnership_n shall_v be_v in_o like_a manner_n pay_v bear_v and_o sustain_v by_o and_o between_o the_o say_a party_n their_o executor_n and_o administrator_n in_o four_o equal_a part_n as_o be_v before_o mention_v and_o according_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o these_o present_n and_o that_o every_o of_o the_o say_a party_n shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n hereafter_o perform_v and_o do_v he_o and_o their_o best_a endeavour_n diligence_n and_o travel_n as_o need_v or_o occasion_n shall_v require_v to_o recover_v and_o obtain_v such_o debt_n duty_n and_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o by_o reason_n or_o mean_n of_o the_o say_a trade_n or_o copartnership_n shall_v be_v due_a or_o owe_v unto_o they_o from_o any_o person_n or_o person_n so_o speedy_o as_o may_v be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n and_o shall_v not_o at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o without_o consent_n of_o the_o rest_n do_v or_o procure_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v do_v or_o procure_v any_o act_n device_n or_o thing_n to_o prejudice_v hinder_v or_o retard_v the_o recovery_n obtain_v or_o get_v in_o of_o the_o say_a debt_n or_o any_o of_o they_o and_o if_o it_o shall_v happen_v that_o the_o say_v party_n or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v trust_v or_o deliver_v out_o upon_o credit_n or_o confidence_n any_o of_o the_o good_n ware_n money_n or_o merchandize_n belong_v to_o the_o say_a joint-account_n to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n who_o any_o other_o of_o the_o say_a partner_n shall_v pray_v warn_v or_o admonish_v not_o to_o trust_v that_o then_o and_o so_o often_o such_o of_o they_o the_o say_v partner_n which_o shall_v so_o trust_v and_o deliver_v out_o upon_o credit_n any_o of_o the_o say_a good_n ware_n monies_n or_o merchandize_n to_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v and_o will_v within_o three_o month_n next_o ensue_v answer_n and_o satisfy_v unto_o the_o say_a joint-stock_n so_o much_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n as_o the_o good_n ware_n money_n or_o merchandise_n so_o to_o be_v trust_v or_o deliver_v out_o as_o aforesaid_a shall_v amount_v unto_o in_o case_n in_o the_o mean_a time_n full_a satisfaction_n shall_v not_o be_v make_v for_o the_o same_o by_o the_o person_n or_o person_n which_o shall_v be_v so_o trust_v aforesaid_a and_o that_o in_o such_o case_n such_o of_o the_o say_a party_n
