two_o order_n of_o parliament_n concerning_o the_o apprehend_n of_o thief_n die_fw-la veneris_fw-la 10_o januarii_fw-la 1650._o order_a by_o the_o parliament_n that_o such_o person_n or_o person_n who_o shall_v at_o any_o time_n within_o the_o space_n of_o one_o whole_a year_n viz._n from_o the_o ten_o day_n of_o january_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o and_o fifty_o unto_o the_o ten_o of_o january_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o fifty_o and_o one_o apprehend_v and_o bring_v in_o safe_a custody_n before_o any_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o any_o other_o officer_n of_o justice_n any_o person_n that_o have_v commit_v or_o shall_v commit_v any_o burglary_n or_o any_o robbery_n on_o the_o highway_n or_o that_o have_v or_o shall_v break_v open_a any_o dwell_a house_n or_o enter_v into_o any_o such_o house_n and_o there_o use_v any_o violence_n upon_o any_o person_n or_o their_o good_n dwelling_n or_o reside_v there_o upon_o the_o conviction_n of_o such_o person_n apprehend_v shall_v have_v a_o reward_n of_o ten_o pound_n for_o every_o such_o person_n so_o apprehend_v and_o convict_v order_a by_o the_o parliament_n that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o sheriff_n and_o sheriff_n of_o the_o respective_a county_n in_o england_n and_o wales_n where_o such_o apprehension_n and_o conviction_n shall_v be_v make_v and_o have_v be_v require_v upon_o the_o certificate_n of_o the_o judge_n or_o under_o the_o hand_n of_o two_o or_o more_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n before_o who_o such_o conviction_n shall_v be_v make_v to_o pay_v unto_o such_o person_n or_o person_n who_o shall_v apprehend_v such_o offender_n the_o reward_n aforesaid_a of_o ten-pound_n for_o every_o offender_n so_o apprehend_v and_o convict_v out_o of_o the_o public_a money_n receive_v by_o he_o in_o that_o county_n and_o that_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v allow_v unto_o he_o upon_o his_o account_n in_o the_o exchequer_n die_fw-la veneris_fw-la 10_o januarii_fw-la 1650._o order_a by_o the_o parliament_n that_o these_o two_o order_n be_v forthwith_o print_v and_o publish_v hen_n scobell_n cleric_n parliamenti_fw-la london_n print_v by_o edward_n husband_n and_o john_n field_n printer_n to_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n 1650._o
