other_o person_n whatsoever_o that_o retail_v or_o sels_z ale_z or_o beer_n shall_v brew_n his_o own_o beer_n or_o ale_n unless_o he_o give_v security_n to_o pay_v the_o excise_n thereof_o or_o otherwise_o to_o take_v all_o such_o beer_n and_o ale_n as_o he_o shall_v sell_v or_o utter_v of_o or_o from_o some_o common_a brewer_n of_o ale_n or_o beer_n in_o which_o case_n upon_o due_a proof_n make_v as_o by_o the_o say_a article_n be_v prescribe_v before_o any_o one_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n within_o the_o county_n city_n or_o town_n corporate_a where_o the_o party_n offend_v do_v reside_v and_o dwell_v the_o say_a justice_n of_o the_o peace_n have_v power_n to_o impose_v and_o levy_v upon_o the_o party_n so_o offend_v the_o several_a penalty_n and_o forfeiture_n by_o the_o
