or_o divertible_a to_o any_o other_o use_n intent_n or_o purpose_n whatsoever_o under_o the_o like_a penalty_n forfeiture_n and_o disability_n keep_v penalty_n for_o misapply_v the_o money_n give_v whatsoever_o and_o in_o case_n there_o shall_v be_v any_o surplus_n or_o remainder_n of_o the_o money_n arise_v by_o the_o say_a rate_n and_o duty_n of_o excise_n at_o the_o end_n of_o any_o year_n during_o the_o term_n of_o ninety_o and_o nine_o year_n grant_v therein_o by_o the_o say_v former_a act_n after_o make_v all_o the_o payment_n which_o by_o this_o or_o the_o say_v former_a act_n be_v appoint_v to_o be_v pay_v within_o the_o same_o year_n or_o reserve_v money_n for_o the_o same_o such_o surplus_n or_o remainder_n shall_v be_v to_o the_o use_n of_o their_o majesty_n their_o heir_n and_o successor_n iii_o produce_v upon_o demand_v of_o their_o share_n a_o certificate_n of_o the_o life_n of_o the_o nominee_n shall_v be_v produce_v every_o contributor_n upon_o this_o or_o the_o of_o a_o false_a oath_n certificate_n penalty_n of_o forge_v a_o certificate_n or_o forge_v any_o certificate_n touch_v the_o premise_n and_o be_v thereof_o lawful_o convict_v he_o shall_v incur_v the_o pain_n and_o penalty_n to_o be_v inflict_v upon_o person_n who_o commit_v wilful_a perjury_n or_o forgery_n and_o in_o case_n any_o nominee_n shall_v at_o the_o time_n of_o such_o demand_n be_v custom_n shall_v charge_v every_o master_n of_o any_o vessel_n in_o his_o victual_v bill_n with_o so_o much_o beer_n ale_n cider_n or_o mum_o and_o no_o more_o as_o such_o number_n of_o man_n use_v to_o spend_v in_o such_o voyage_n the_o excise_n whereof_o to_o be_v recover_v according_a to_o the_o law_n establish_v iii_o the_o say_a rate_n of_o one_o shilling_n the_o tun_n for_o beer_n etc._n chargeable_a with_o any_o penalty_n in_o the_o act_n of_o the_o 14_o car._n 2._o entitle_v a_o act_n for_o reform_v abuse_n in_o weigh_v and_o false_a pack_v of_o butter_n ii_o such_o factor_n or_o buyer_n shall_v set_v his_o seal_n or_o mark_v or_o name_n at_o length_n on_o the_o cask_n in_o which_o such_o butter_n be_v and_o in_o case_n the_o same_o be_v afterward_o exchange_v or_o open_v vessel_n that_o shall_v come_v to_o lade_v butter_n and_o cheese_n for_o london_n except_o the_o owner_n order_v the_o contrary_a and_o shall_v receive_v of_o the_o owner_n two_o shilling_n and_o six_o penny_n for_o every_o load_n and_o no_o more_o and_o so_o proportionable_o and_o if_o any_o such_o person_n or_o their_o servant_n shall_v refuse_v to_o receive_v such_o good_n or_o to_o take_v due_a care_n thereof_o or_o to_o ship_v they_o successive_o as_o aforesaid_a they_o shall_v forfeit_v be_v convict_v in_o manner_n aforesaid_a for_o every_o ferkin_n of_o butter_n ten_o shilling_n and_o for_o every_o weigh_v of_o cheese_n five_o shilling_n to_o be_v levy_v as_o aforesaid_a iu_o warehouse-keeper_n weigher_n etc._n etc._n shall_v keep_v book_n and_o enter_v therein_o all_o off_o shall_v make_v entry_n of_o the_o time_n when_o ship_v the_o master_n name_n the_o vessel_n name_v and_o to_o who_o consign_v which_o book_n shall_v be_v open_a for_o all_o person_n to_o see_v and_o search_v gratis_o and_o if_o any_o ware-house-keeper_n etc._n etc._n shall_v not_o keep_v such_o book_n or_o not_o make_v entry_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o undue_a entry_n or_o refuse_v in_o the_o daytime_n to_o produce_v the_o book_n to_o be_v search_v such_o offender_n be_v convict_v in_o manner_n aforesaid_a shall_v forfeit_v for_o every_o firkin_n of_o butter_n two_o shilling_n and_o six_o penny_n and_o for_o every_o weigh_v of_o cheese_n two_o shilling_n and_o six_o penny_n and_o for_o every_o other_o the_o aforesaid_a offence_n two_o shilling_n and_o six_o penny_n to_o be_v levy_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o for_o want_v of_o good_n to_o levy_v the_o penalty_n the_o justice_n before_o who_o such_o conviction_n shall_v be_v make_v may_v commit_v the_o offender_n to_o goal_n till_o the_o penalty_n be_v satisfy_v v._o if_o master_n of_o vessel_n come_v to_o lade_v butter_n and_o cheese_n or_o their_o servant_n refuse_v to_o take_v on_o board_n any_o such_o butter_n and_o cheese_n notwithstanding_o i._o stat._n 5_o &_o 6_o w._n &_o m._n sess_n 5._o cap._n 5._o indictment_n certiorari_fw-la to_o remove_v indictment_n that_o in_o termtime_n no_o certiorari_fw-la at_o the_o prosecution_n of_o any_o party_n indict_v shall_v be_v grant_v out_o of_o the_o court_n of_o king_n bench_n to_o remove_v any_o indictment_n before_o trial_n have_v and_o from_o before_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o general_n or_o quarter_n session_n of_o the_o peace_n unless_o such_o certiorari_fw-la shall_v be_v grant_v upon_o motion_n of_o council_n and_o rule_n of_o court_n in_o open_a
