double_a toll_n to_o what_o they_o do_v before_o that_o only_o will_v pay_v the_o king_n this_o duty_n or_o tax_n and_o not_o the_o owner_n farmer_n or_o renter_n of_o the_o mill_n as_o be_v before-said_a so_o that_o whether_o the_o tax_v lay_v upon_o the_o mill_n be_v great_a or_o lesser_a it_o will_v pay_v but_o as_o it_o be_v custom_a and_o as_o there_o be_v more_o or_o less_o thousand_o of_o people_n spend_v what_o come_v from_o it_o and_o no_o one_o will_v pay_v more_o or_o less_o than_o his_o proportion_n for_o a_o poor_a person_n that_o spend_v but_o six_o penny_n or_o nine_o penny_n a_o week_n in_o bread_n will_v pay_v no_o more_o of_o this_o tax_n than_o his_o proportion_n come_v to_o and_o he_o that_o spend_v fifty_o shilling_n or_o five_o pound_n a_o week_n
