think_v convenient_a and_o that_o the_o party_n so_o punish_v be_v able_a to_o find_v surety_n or_o else_o to_o be_v order_v and_o swear_v to_o repair_v to_o the_o place_n where_o he_o be_v bear_v or_o where_o he_o last_o dwell_v by_o the_o space_n of_o three_o year_n and_o to_o have_v like_o letter_n and_o such_o further_a punishment_n if_o he_o eftsoon_o offend_v this_o statute_n as_o be_v above_o appoint_v to_o and_o for_o the_o common_a strong_a and_o able_a beggar_n and_o so_o from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o be_v order_v and_o punish_v till_o he_o put_v his_o body_n in_o labour_n or_o otherwise_o get_v his_o live_n true_o according_a to_o the_o statute_n and_o that_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o every_o shire_n ride_v city_n town_n and_o liberty_n shall_v have_v power_n and_o authority_n within_o their_o limit_n of_o their_o commission_n to_o inquire_v of_o all_o major_n sheriff_n bailiff_n constable_n and_o other_o like_a officer_n and_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v negligent_a in_o execute_v of_o this_o act_n and_o if_o the_o constable_n and_o inhabitant_n within_o any_o town_n or_o parish_n where_o any_o such_o impotent_a person_n or_o strong_a beggar_n do_v happen_v to_o beg_v contrary_a to_o the_o form_n of_o this_o statute_n be_v negligent_a and_o take_v not_o every_o such_o impotent_a and_o strong_a beggar_n that_o so_o shall_v beg_v against_o the_o form_n of_o the_o statute_n and_o order_n and_o punish_v every_o such_o beggar_n as_o be_v above_o limit_v that_o then_o the_o towneship_n or_o parish_n where_o such_o default_n shall_v be_v shall_v lose_v and_o forfeit_v for_o every_o such_o impotent_a beggar_n that_o shall_v be_v suffer_v to_o beg_v within_o the_o say_a towneship_n or_o parish_n not_o be_v take_v order_a and_o punish_v according_a to_o the_o form_n of_o this_o statute_n three_o shilling_n and_o four_o penny_n and_o for_o every_o strong_a beggar_n that_o shall_v happen_v to_o beg_v within_o any_o such_o towneship_n or_o parish_n not_o be_v take_v and_o order_v as_o be_v above_o limit_v by_o this_o statute_n six_o shilling_n and_o eight_o penny_n the_o one_o half_a of_o all_o which_o forfeiture_n to_o be_v to_o the_o king_n our_o sovereign_a lord_n and_o the_o other_o half_n to_o he_o that_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o by_o any_o bill_n of_o information_n before_o the_o king_n justice_n of_o his_o peace_n in_o their_o session_n to_o be_v hold_v within_o the_o shire_n or_o within_o the_o liberty_n where_o such_o default_n shall_v happen_v and_o that_o all_o justice_n of_o peace_n within_o any_o
