and_o who_o be_v over_o all_o through_o all_o and_o in_o all_o god_n bless_v for_o ever_o and_o now_o that_o your_o highness_n can_v be_v ignorant_a of_o the_o oppression_n and_o cruelty_n that_o the_o freeborn_a people_n of_o the_o lord_n yet_o lie_v under_o and_o be_v still_o continue_a against_o they_o by_o a_o generation_n of_o oppressive_a people_n that_o will_v still_o lord_n it_o over_o their_o life_n liberty_n and_o estate_n and_o endeavour_v to_o bring_v all_o man_n to_o their_o own_o way_n and_o custom_n and_o so_o keep_v their_o poor_a brethren_n in_o bondage_n and_o slavery_n still_o under_o they_o never_o suffer_v the_o freedom_n of_o christ_n to_o break_v forth_o in_o and_o among_o his_o people_n but_o instead_o of_o increase_v the_o light_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o they_o rather_o seek_v to_o quench_v and_o enthral_v it_o but_o this_o i_o know_v and_o therefore_o be_o at_o peace_n in_o myself_o that_o the_o lord_n jesus_n will_v sudden_o arise_v with_o deliverance_n for_o his_o people_n to_o bring_v they_o out_o of_o their_o captivity_n into_o their_o glorious_a liberty_n and_o so_o restore_v peace_n to_o all_o man_n and_o himself_o then_o reign_v as_o a_o prince_n of_o peace_n in_o all_o nation_n this_o work_n of_o the_o lord_n for_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o good_a of_o all_o people_n which_o be_v now_o to_o be_v do_v you_o know_v to_o be_v record_v in_o the_o 58._o chapter_n of_o the_o prophet_n isaiah_n from_o the_o 6._o verse_n to_o the_o end_n and_o the_o reward_n that_o will_v follow_v the_o accomplishment_n of_o this_o work_n which_o work_n say_v the_o prophet_n be_v to_o loose_v the_o band_n of_o wickedness_n to_o undo_v the_o heavy_a burden_n and_o to_o let_v the_o oppress_v go_v free_a etc._n etc._n and_o that_o you_o break_v every_o yoke_n also_o to_o deal_v thy_o bread_n to_o the_o hungry_a and_o that_o thou_o bring_v the_o poor_a that_o be_v cast_v out_o to_o thy_o house_n when_o thou_o see_v the_o naked_a that_o thou_o cover_v he_o and_o that_o thou_o hide_v not_o thyself_o from_o thy_o own_o flesh_n etc._n etc._n then_o shall_v thy_o light_n break_v fo●th_n as_o the_o morning_n and_o thy_o health_n shall_v spring_v forth_o speedy_o and_o thy_o righteousness_n shall_v go_v before_o thou_o and_o the_o glory_n of_o the_o lord_n shall_v be_v thy_o reward_n etc._n etc._n that_o then_o according_a freedom_n one_o with_o another_o and_o you_o the_o reward_n of_o a_o true_a servant_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o therefore_o now_o inasmuch_o as_o by_o your_o highness_n in_o who_o hand_n under_o god_n will_v appear_v in_o that_o which_o follow_v and_o how_o according_a to_o my_o experience_n the_o people_n of_o god_n have_v always_o suffer_v for_o the_o testimony_n of_o jesus_n in_o press_v after_o their_o life_n liberty_n and_o estate_n against_o their_o enemy_n that_o oppose_v they_o you_o will_v evermore_o engage_v the_o heart_n of_o the_o free_a bear_v people_n of_o the_o lord_n in_o love_n
