to_o which_o we_o further_a humble_o offer_v 4._o that_o secure_a provision_n may_v be_v make_v for_o the_o continuance_n of_o future_a parliament_n so_o as_o they_o may_v not_o be_v adjournable_a or_o dissolvable_a at_o the_o king_n pleasure_n or_o any_o other_o way_n than_o by_o their_o own_o consent_n during_o their_o respective_a period_n but_o at_o those_o period_n each_o parliament_n to_o and_o execution_n of_o ordinance_n or_o order_n of_o parliament_n more_o particular_o under_o this_o head_n we_o can_v but_o desire_v that_o all_o such_o as_o be_v imprison_v for_o any_o pretend_a misdemenor_n may_v be_v put_v into_o a_o speedy_a way_n for_o a_o just_a hear_n and_o trial_n and_o such_o as_o shall_v appear_v to_o have_v be_v unjust_o and_o undue_o imprison_v may_v with_o their_o to_o be_v continue_v may_v be_v take_v away_o and_o such_o of_o they_o as_o be_v necessary_a be_v put_v into_o a_o regulate_a way_n and_o leave_v to_o as_o little_a arbitrariness_n as_o the_o nature_n and_o necessity_n of_o the_o thing_n wherein_o they_o be_v conversant_a will_v bear_v 7._o we_o can_v wish_v that_o the_o kingdom_n may_v both_o be_v right_v and_o public_o satisfy_v in_o point_n of_o account_n for_o the_o vast_a sum_n that_o have_v be_v levy_v and_o pay_v as_o also_o in_o divers_a other_o thing_n wherein_o the_o commonwealth_n may_v be_v conceive_v to_o have_v be_v wrong_v or_o abuse_v but_o we_o be_v loath_a to_o press_v any_o thing_n that_o may_v tend_v to_o lengthen_v out_o further_a dispute_n or_o contestation_n but_o rather_o such_o as_o may_v tend_v to_o a_o speedy_a and_o general_a composure_n and_o quiet_v of_o man_n mind_n in_o order_n to_o peace_n for_o which_o purpose_n we_o further_o propose_v 8._o that_o pablique_a justice_n be_v first_o satisfy_v by_o
