we_o must_v not_o conclude_v till_o we_o mind_v the_o people_n who_o have_v entrust_v we_o that_o in_o july_n 1647._o when_o both_o house_n be_v under_o but_o a_o sudden_a weak_a and_o transitory_a they_o be_v actor_n in_o it_o and_o now_o sit_v in_o the_o house_n or_o invite_v thither_o who_o be_v very_o instrumental_a in_o the_o late_a interruption_n in_o october_n last_o and_o in_o proceed_n pursuant_n thereunto_o as_o if_o all_o crime_n in_o member_n be_v venial_a but_o a_o faithful_a adhere_n to_o oath_n trust_n and_o privilege_n of_o parliament_n unpardonable_a charecteristical_a only_o of_o person_n unfit_a to_o have_v a_o share_n in_o government_n by_o the_o interest_n and_o judgement_n of_o those_o that_o forcible_o seclude_v they_o though_o call_v by_o the_o people_n to_o it_o to_o conclude_v we_o know_v not_o what_o can_v be_v add_v to_o make_v this_o kingdom_n complete_o miserable_a but_o that_o as_o the_o majority_n of_o the_o commons_o be_v forcible_o exclude_v the_o door_n be_v bar_v against_o they_o by_o a_o few_o so_o by_o the_o same_o power_n such_o qualification_n and_o test_n may_v be_v impose_v upon_o the_o body_n of_o the_o people_n as_o may_v by_o
