that_o since_o sir_n francis_n goodwin_n be_v receive_v by_o the_o house_n upon_o reason_n and_o motive_n induce_v the_o house_n thereunto_o so_o the_o king_n upon_o reason_n too_o take_v consideration_n of_o sir_n john_n fortescue_n be_v one_o of_o the_o council_n a_o ancient_a counsellor_n a_o counsellor_n not_o choose_v by_o the_o king_n but_o by_o his_o predecessor_n and_o so_o say_v that_o henry_n the_o sixth_n time_n be_v troublesome_a he_o himself_o weak_a and_o impotent_a and_o as_o for_o the_o other_o precedent_n they_o be_v in_o the_o time_n of_o a_o woman_n which_o sex_n be_v not_o capable_a of_o mature_a deliberation_n and_o so_o he_o say_v where_o infant_n be_v king_n who_o he_o call_v minor_n for_o the_o law_n part_n he_o refer_v to_o the_o answer_n of_o his_o judge_n who_o by_o the_o lord_n chief_a justice_n give_v these_o resolution_n they_o all_o unanimous_o agree_v in_o them_o 1._o that_o the_o king_n alone_o and_o not_o the_o parliament_n house_n
