duke_n marquesse_n earl_n viscount_n etc._n etc._n and_o although_o there_o may_v be_v conceive_v this_o difference_n last_o mention_v between_o the_o baron_n by_o tenure_n or_o writ_n and_o the_o baron_n by_o patent_n yet_o they_o be_v all_o member_n of_o the_o high_a house_n of_o the_o parliament_n they_o be_v thereby_o equal_o make_v noble_a honourable_a and_o peer_n of_o the_o realm_n as_o they_o be_v baron_n only_o without_o any_o other_o distinction_n that_o i_o have_v observe_v and_o thus_o much_o concern_v the_o three_o degree_n of_o baron_n within_o this_o realm_n may_v suffice_v to_o be_v say_v in_o general_a upon_o this_o occasion_n for_o the_o better_a understanding_n and_o resolution_n of_o the_o controversy_n in_o hand_n baron_n the_o privilege_n of_o baron_n there_o rest_v last_o of_o all_o in_o this_o treatise_n of_o baronage_n that_o i_o will_v express_v some_o certain_a of_o the_o sundry_a privilege_n that_o the_o law_n do_v allow_v unto_o baron_n and_o the_o
