the_o proprieter_n dispose_v and_o to_o nominate_v and_o appoint_v port-town_n and_o also_o shall_v have_v power_n by_o their_o order_n to_o the_o treasurer_n to_o dispose_v of_o all_o public_a treasure_n except_v money_n grant_v by_o the_o parliament_n and_o by_o they_o direct_v to_o some_o particular_a public_a use_n and_o also_o shall_v have_v a_o negative_a upon_o all_o act_n order_n
