and_o assembly-place_n among_o they_o to_o treat_v of_o all_o thing_n that_o concern_v the_o congregation_n of_o which_o they_o have_v the_o oversight_n and_o as_o there_o ought_v to_o be_v man_n appoint_v to_o unite_v and_o divide_v the_o parish_n as_o necessity_n and_o commodity_n require_v so_o will_v there_o be_v appoint_v by_o the_o general_a church_n with_o assent_n of_o the_o prince_n
