prodigal_a man_n dicer_n carder_n and_o the_o like_a more_o severe_a that_o which_o be_v ordain_v for_o the_o punishment_n of_o more_o grievous_a crime_n as_o murder_n etc._n etc._n that_o have_v torment_n annex_v to_o it_o thou_o shall_v be_v cast_v into_o prison_n with_o the_o ancient_n be_v wisdom_n job_n 12._o and_o that_o wisdom_n both_o of_o the_o commonwealth_n on_o earth_n and_o that_o in_o heaven_n and_o the_o former_a in_o order_n to_o the_o late_a for_o so_o we_o find_v that_o the_o wise_a man_n who_o of_o old_a govern_v god_n world_n they_o order_v three_o sort_n of_o prison_n and_o that_o three_o sort_n of_o man_n shall_v be_v cast_v into_o those_o prison_n 1._o the_o first_o that_o whereinto_o rude_a and_o unmannerly_a person_n shall_v be_v put_v that_o in_o the_o night_n time_n they_o may_v be_v instruct_v by_o learned_a and_o good_a man_n in_o the_o precept_n of_o honest_a art_n and_o trade_n and_o good_a manner_n and_o so_o frame_v and_o fashion_v to_o live_v in_o a_o christian_a commonwealth_n 2._o the_o second_o prison_n be_v that_o whereinto_o debtor_n be_v cast_v that_o by_o the_o tediousness_n of_o imprisonment_n they_o may_v be_v weary_v out_o of_o that_o loose_a and_o wanton_a kind_n of_o life_n which_o common_o bring_v man_n into_o debt_n and_o danger_n 3._o the_o three_o sort_n of_o prison_n be_v that_o into_o which_o enormous_a person_n be_v cast_v tully_n call_v carcerem_fw-la vindicem_fw-la nefariorum_fw-la &_o manifestorum_fw-la scelerum_fw-la if_o the_o first_o of_o these_o take_v effect_n the_o other_o two_o will_v not_o be_v so_o needful_a for_o by_o seasonable_a and_o timely_a correction_n and_o instruction_n in_o the_o first_o prison_n man_n may_v be_v so_o well_o inform_v and_o prevent_v that_o they_o will_v not_o be_v in_o danger_n of_o the_o other_o two_o prison_n it_o be_v long_o since_o observe_v by_o a_o very_a wise_a man_n that_o the_o judicature_n of_o the_o magistrate_n and_o judge_n of_o the_o english_a nation_n be_v very_o exact_a and_o strict_a in_o the_o execution_n of_o justice_n and_o punishment_n of_o malefactor_n but_o as_o for_o the_o prevention_n of_o evil_n do_v that_o man_n may_v not_o proceed_v so_o far_o as_o to_o be_v malefactor_n and_o suffer_v punishment_n herein_o they_o be_v too_o remiss_a and_o slow_a that_o they_o be_v wont_a to_o punish_v malefactor_n when_o they_o find_v they_o but_o not_o take_v course_n to_o hinder_v they_o from_o be_v such_o that_o they_o be_v wont_a to_o cast_v man_n into_o prison_n condemn_v they_o to_o death_n for_o theft_n burglary_n murder_n but_o not_o to_o take_v course_n and_o use_v mean_n for_o the_o prevent_v such_o mischief_n as_o shall_v deserve_v bond_n imprisonment_n and_o death_n itself_o as_o to_o take_v order_n for_o the_o train_n up_o of_o youth_n in_o virtuous_a principle_n lead_v to_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n to_o cause_v those_o to_o who_o their_o parent_n leave_v large_a portion_n to_o learn_v honest_a trade_n the_o german_a noble_a man_n wise_o foresee_v the_o constant_a inconstancy_n of_o all_o outward_a thing_n have_v both_o themselves_o learned_a and_o cause_v that_o their_o child_n shall_v learn_v some_o trade_n or_o other_o to_o keep_v they_o busy_a to_o prevent_v idleness_n which_o common_o be_v the_o bawd_n to_o lewdness_n to_o restrain_v prodigal_a young_a man_n from_o wasteful_a expense_n as_o they_o give_v a_o governor_n curator_n to_o mad_a man_n i_o know_v well_o what_o be_v wont_a to_o be_v allege_v in_o this_o case_n what_o our_o lord_n say_v may_v i_o not_o do_v what_o i_o will_v with_o my_o own_o mat._n 29.15_o yes_o but_o this_o be_v speak_v by_o our_o lord_n in_o the_o person_n of_o a_o wise_a householder_n not_o in_o the_o person_n of_o young_a man_n void_a of_o understanding_n who_o have_v forth_o and_o shall_v it_o be_v lawful_a for_o young_a man_n to_o spend_v their_o estate_n and_o their_o strength_n among_o such_o as_o these_o may_v they_o do_v what_o they_o will_v with_o their_o
