speak_v something_o more_o particular_o concern_v each_o of_o these_o 1._o the_o sin_n of_o the_o magistrate_n and_o those_o that_o be_v in_o authority_n they_o that_o make_v law_n for_o other_o and_o be_v to_o see_v to_o the_o execution_n of_o they_o aught_o to_o be_v strict_a observer_n of_o they_o themselves_o for_o it_o must_v needs_o put_v a_o man_n not_o a_o little_a out_o of_o countenance_n to_o be_v severe_a upon_o those_o fault_n in_o other_o of_o which_o he_o know_v himself_o to_o be_v notorious_o guilty_a and_o yet_o how_o many_o be_v there_o who_o place_n and_o duty_n it_o be_v to_o correct_v the_o vice_n and_o immorality_n of_o other_o who_o be_v far_o from_o be_v example_n of_o virtue_n themselves_o and_o therefore_o it_o be_v no_o wonder_n that_o there_o be_v so_o lame_a and_o unequal_a a_o distribution_n of_o justice_n in_o the_o nation_n and_o that_o magistrate_n be_v so_o cold_a and_o slack_a in_o the_o discountenance_v of_o vice_n and_o impiety_n and_o in_o put_v the_o good_a and_o wholesome_a law_n make_v against_o they_o
