to_o consider_v it_o these_o thing_n hang_v not_o well_o together_o in_o the_o next_o place_n you_o come_v to_o the_o key_n of_o order_n of_o which_o you_o thus_o write_v the_o key_n of_o order_n be_v the_o power_n whereby_o every_o member_n of_o the_o church_n walk_v orderly_o himself_o according_a to_o his_o place_n in_o the_o church_n and_o help_v his_o brethren_n to_o walk_v orderly_o also_o but_o this_o be_v a_o strange_a expression_n of_o the_o key_n of_o order_n never_o hear_v of_o before_o too_o general_o and_o aequivocal_o speak_v for_o order_n may_v be_v take_v either_o moral_o or_o ecclesiastical_o passive_o or_o active_o moral_o so_o it_o be_v take_v passive_o for_o a_o conformity_n in_o carriage_n to_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o word_n in_o doctrine_n as_o well_o as_o discipline_n but_o ecclesiastical_o it_o be_v a_o active_a power_n act_v upon_o other_o the_o very_a name_n of_o a_o key_n import_v a_o power_n entrust_v for_o other_o good_a and_o not_o their_o own_o proper_o every_o one_o be_v to_o keep_v order_n but_o every_o one_o have_v not_o the_o key_n of_o order_n order_n and_o office_n in_o this_o ecclesiastical_a sense_n be_v both_o one_o none_o have_v the_o key_n of_o order_n but_o one_o in_o office_n but_o your_o key_n of_o order_n be_v common_a to_o every_o member_n of_o the_o church_n 21._o the_o key_n p_o ge_z 21._o and_o that_o it_o be_v no_o more_o than_o moral_a or_o passive_a order_n yourself_o do_v seem_v to_o grant_v when_o you_o say_v the_o brethren_n stand_v in_o a_o order_n even_o in_o a_o orderly_a subjection_n according_a to_o disorderly_a the_o instance_n of_o saint_n paul_n walk_a orderly_a according_a to_o the_o order_n of_o the_o jewish_a church_n manifest_v the_o moral_a sense_n of_o the_o word_n for_o certain_o the_o fraternity_n of_o the_o jew_n have_v no_o power_n of_o the_o key_n the_o meaning_n be_v that_o saint_n paul_n by_o his_o conformity_n to_o some_o jewish_a ceremony_n shall_v manifest_v that_o he_o do_v not_o absolute_o oppose_v the_o rite_n of_o the_o jewish_a church_n not_o that_o he_o have_v any_o power_n of_o the_o key_n of_o the_o government_n of_o that_o church_n sure_o the_o jew_n be_v bind_v all_o of_o they_o to_o withdraw_v from_o every_o brother_n that_o walk_v disorderly_a yet_o do_v not_o believe_v that_o that_o be_v any_o part_n of_o the_o exercise_n of_o the_o key_n of_o picklock_n of_o order_n the_o key_n of_o authority_n be_v a_o moral_a power_n in_o a_o superior_a order_n or_o state_n bind_v or_o release_n a_o inferior_a in_o point_n of_o subjection_n to_o this_o i_o say_v 1._o to_o call_v authority_n a_o moral_a power_n be_v very_o improper_a for_o every_o single_a pastor_n yea_o perhaps_o brother_n have_v a_o moral_a power_n to_o bind_v and_o release_v not_o
