indemnify_v by_o the_o late_a act_n of_o indemnity_n or_o shall_v be_v indemnify_v by_o any_o act_n of_o parliament_n shall_v and_o may_v make_v such_o use_n of_o the_o say_a order_n and_o ordinance_n for_o their_o indemnity_n according_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n of_o the_o say_a act_n and_o no_o other_o as_o may_v have_v be_v do_v if_o this_o act_n have_v not_o be_v make_v 6._o that_o no_o person_n be_v prosecute_v for_o any_o of_o the_o offence_n in_o this_o act_n other_o than_o such_o as_o be_v high_a treason_n but_o by_o order_n of_o the_o king_n etc._n etc._n under_o the_o sign_n manual_n or_o by_o order_n of_o the_o council_n table_n etc._n etc._n direct_v unto_o the_o attorney_n general_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o some_o other_o of_o the_o king_n council_n learned_a 7._o none_o shall_v incur_v any_o of_o the_o penalty_n herein_o before_o mention_v unless_o prosecute_v within_o six_o month_n next_o after_o the_o offence_n commit_v and_o indict_v within_o three_o month_n after_o such_o prosecution_n 8._o none_o shall_v be_v indict_v arraign_v condemn_v convict_a or_o attaint_v for_o any_o of_o the_o treason_n or_o offence_n aforesaid_a unless_o accuse_v by_o two_o lawful_a and_o credible_a witness_n upon_o oath_n which_o witness_n shall_v be_v bring_v face_n to_o face_n at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o offender_n arraignment_n and_o there_o avow_v and_o maintain_v upon_o oath_n the_o treason_n etc._n etc._n unless_o the_o party_n arraign_v shall_v willing_o confess_v the_o same_o 9_o nothing_o herein_o contain_v shall_v extend_v to_o deprive_v either_o house_n of_o parliament_n or_o any_o of_o their_o member_n of_o their_o just_a ancient_a freedom_n and_o privilege_n of_o debate_v etc._n etc._n or_o at_o any_o conference_n or_o committee_n etc._n etc._n but_o that_o the_o say_v member_n of_o either_o of_o the_o say_a house_n and_o the_o assistant_n of_o the_o house_n of_o peer_n and_o every_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v the_o same_o freedom_n of_o speech_n and_o all_o other_o privilege_n as_o they_o have_v before_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act._n 10._o no_o peer_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v be_v try_v for_o any_o of_o the_o say_a offence_n but_o by_o his_o peer_n and_o that_o every_o peer_n convict_v of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a offence_n after_o such_o conviction_n be_v disable_v during_o his_o life_n to_o sit_v in_o parliament_n unless_o the_o king_n shall_v pardon_v he_o and_o if_o the_o king_n shall_v grant_v his_o pardon_n to_o any_o peer_n of_o this_o realm_n or_o commoner_n convict_v as_o aforesaid_a the_o peer_n or_o commoner_n so_o pardon_v shall_v be_v restore_v to_o all_o intent_n as_o if_o never_o convict_v tumult_n stat._n 13_o car._n 2._o c._n 5._o that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o shall_v from_o &_o after_o the_o first_o of_o august_n 1661._o solicit_v labour_n or_o procure_v the_o get_n of_o hand_n or_o other_o consent_n of_o any_o person_n above_o the_o number_n of_o twenty_o or_o more_o to_o any_o petition_n complaint_n remonstrance_n declaration_n or_o other_o address_n to_o the_o king_n or_o both_o or_o either_o house_n of_o parl._n for_o alteration_n of_o matter_n establish_v by_o law_n in_o church_n or_o state_n unless_o the_o matter_n thereof_o have_v be_v first_o consent_v unto_o and_o order_v by_o three_o or_o more_o justice_n of_o that_o county_n or_o by_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o grand_a jury_n of_o the_o county_n or_o division_n of_o the_o county_n where_o the_o same_o matter_n shall_v arise_v at_o their_o public_a assize_n or_o general_n repair_v to_o the_o king_n or_o parliament_n upon_o pretence_n of_o present_v any_o petition_n complaint_n remonstrance_n or_o declaration_n or_o other_o address_n accompany_v with_o excessive_a number_n of_o people_n nor_o at_o any_o one_o time_n with_o above_o the_o number_n of_o ten_o person_n upon_o pain_n of_o penalty_n not_o exceed_v 100_o l._n in_o money_n and_o three_o month_n imprisonment_n without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n for_o every_o offence_n which_o offence_n to_o be_v prosecute_v at_o the_o king_n bench_n or_o at_o the_o assize_n or_o general_a quarter_n session_n within_o six_o month_n after_o the_o offence_n commit_v and_o prove_v by_o two_o or_o more_o credible_a witness_n 3._o that_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o extend_v to_o hinder_v any_o person_n not_o exceed_v the_o number_n of_o ten_o as_o aforesaid_a to_o present_v any_o public_a or_o private_a grievance_n or_o complaint_n to_o any_o member_n of_o parliament_n after_o his_o election_n and_o during_o the_o parliament_n or_o to_o the_o king_n for_o any_o remedy_n to_o be_v have_v thereupon_o nor_o to_o extend_v to_o any_o address_n whatsoever_o to_o the_o king_n by_o all_o or_o any_o the_o member_n of_o both_o or_o either_o house_n of_o parliament_n during_o the_o sit_v of_o the_o parliament_n but_o that_o they_o may_v enjoy_v their_o freedom_n of_o access_n as_o former_o the_o end_n
