and_o to_o conclude_v with_o no_o delinquent_n without_o certify_v the_o composition_n itself_o to_o the_o house_n this_o committee_n then_o have_v power_n to_o compound_v with_o delinquent_n only_o and_o delinquent_n particular_o describe_v it_o be_v requisite_a for_o that_o committee_n and_o it_o be_v their_o constant_a rule_n that_o the_o compounder_n shall_v acknowledge_v either_o his_o dissolve_v do_v deliver_v their_o opinion_n against_o such_o jurisdiction_n the_o examination_n judgement_n and_o proceed_n of_o that_o court_n be_v coram_fw-la non_fw-la judice_fw-la and_o against_o
