government_n of_o the_o lord_n only_o namely_o that_o i_o will_v instruct_v they_o to_o embrace_v such_o government_n both_o civil_a and_o ecclesiastical_a as_o the_o lord_n have_v command_v in_o the_o holy_a scripture_n and_o to_o deduce_v all_o their_o law_n from_o the_o holy_a scripture_n that_o so_o they_o may_v be_v the_o lord_n people_n rule_v by_o he_o alone_o in_o all_o thing_n which_o according_o they_o have_v begin_v to_o do_v through_o grace_n covenant_v with_o the_o lord_n in_o a_o day_n of_o fast_v and_o prayer_n to_o be_v the_o lord_n people_n and_o to_o receive_v that_o but_o of_o small_a capacity_n in_o great_a commonwealth_n and_o populous_a city_n yet_o the_o superior_a order_n of_o myriad_o or_o ten_o thousand_o fifty_o thousand_o hundred_o thousand_o and_o thousand_o thousand_o be_v exceed_o comprehensive_a to_o extend_v government_n to_o the_o great_a people_n and_o yet_o with_o that_o certain_a and_o peaceable_a order_n without_o any_o interfering_n or_o confusion_n for_o speedy_a justice_n and_o determination_n of_o all_o cause_n as_o that_o it_o seem_v to_o i_o to_o be_v the_o most_o excellent_a government_n that_o ever_o be_v in_o the_o world_n and_o add_v to_o this_o above_o all_o consideration_n and_o commendation_n that_o it_o be_v a_o divine_a institution_n spring_v from_o heavenly_a wisdom_n command_v in_o scripture_n fill_v with_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n which_o be_v able_a to_o carry_v on_o the_o wheel_n of_o this_o government_n with_o a_o most_o irresistible_a and_o successful_a force_n and_o power_n to_o the_o attainment_n of_o all_o the_o end_n of_o government_n among_o man_n most_o effectual_o yea_o it_o seem_v to_o i_o that_o this_o be_v that_o form_n of_o government_n by_o which_o christ_n mean_v to_o rule_v all_o the_o nation_n on_o earth_n according_a to_o the_o scripture_n yea_o far_o repenting-believing_a israel_n and_o judah_n i_o believe_v shall_v serve_v and_o obey_v christ_n in_o this_o way_n of_o civil_a government_n and_o who_o know_v but_o our_o obedience_n hereunto_o may_v hasten_v and_o far_o their_o come_n in_o i_o will_v not_o exceed_v bound_n of_o humble_a modesty_n yet_o
