this_o government_n may_v be_v consider_v as_o general_n of_o all_o thing_n special_a of_o some_o special_a creature_n and_o in_o both_o we_o may_v observe_v the_o constitution_n administration_n for_o god_n first_o constitute_v a_o exact_a order_n and_o after_o that_o administer_v and_o dispose_v of_o all_o thing_n according_a to_o that_o order_n this_o order_n be_v ready_a immediate_o upon_o the_o creation_n for_o he_o do_v not_o first_o make_v the_o creature_n without_o any_o order_n but_o in_o a_o excellent_a way_n for_o all_o and_o every_o one_o of_o they_o be_v make_v ordinable_a to_o
