or_o manage_v for_o the_o public_a good_a in_o any_o other_o way_n than_o by_o a_o company_n in_o a_o joint_a stock_n in_o order_n hereunto_o give_v i_o leave_v in_o the_o first_o place_n to_o say_v something_o of_o trade_n in_o general_n which_o may_v not_o only_o give_v some_o light_n for_o the_o better_a understanding_n the_o india-trade_n but_o also_o obviate_v some_o objection_n that_o be_v little_a or_o no_o good_n for_o our_o foreign_a vent_n in_o other_o place_n but_o with_o abundance_n of_o either_o unnecessary_a and_o superfluous_a thing_n to_o feed_v our_o vain_a humour_n and_o fancy_n or_o with_o such_o though_o useful_a as_o hinder_v the_o consumption_n of_o our_o own_o manufacture_n can_v never_o be_v profitable_a but_o destructive_a and_o such_o a_o trade_n be_v that_o to_o france_n as_o it_o lie_v under_o those_o exorbitant_a imposition_n on_o our_o manufacture_n of_o 50_o to_o 60_o per_fw-la cent_z amount_v almost_o to_o a_o prohibition_n whereas_o there_o be_v former_o vend_v in_o that_o kingdom_n annual_o to_o the_o amount_v of_o 600_o thousand_o pound_n in_o english_a drapery_n there_o be_v now_o hardly_o vend_v 50_o thousand_o pound_n worth_a and_o yet_o our_o receipt_n from_o they_o in_o wine_n linen_n paper_n silk_n garment_n ready_a make_v bed_n and_o a_o innumerable_a company_n of_o toy_n and_o trinket_n be_v great_o augment_v so_o that_o our_o receipt_n from_o france_n in_o unnecessary_a and_o superfluous_a thing_n or_o in_o such_o commodity_n as_o hinder_v the_o use_n of_o our_o own_o manufacture_n and_o serve_v not_o to_o supply_v other_o foreign_a market_n exceed_v by_o many_o hundred_o thousand_o annual_o what_o that_o country_n take_v from_o we_o in_o commodity_n that_o trade_n under_o such_o circumstance_n can_v be_v otherwise_o
