of_o their_o act_n to_o the_o great_a slander_n of_o the_o clergy_n wherefore_o in_o the_o avoid_n of_o such_o slander_n and_o obloquy_n hereafter_o i_o admonish_v and_o command_v all_o and_o singular_a parson_n vicar_n curate_n and_o all_o other_o priest_n whatsoever_o they_o be_v dwell_v or_o inhabit_v or_o hereafter_o shall_v dwell_v and_o inhabit_v within_o my_o diocese_n and_o jurisdiction_n that_o from_o henceforth_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o do_v use_n and_o wear_v meet_a convenient_a and_o decent_a apparel_n with_o their_o trussures_n according_o whereby_o they_o church_n special_o in_o time_n of_o divine-service_n or_o sermon-time_n and_o semblable_o to_o abstain_v from_o adultery_n fornication_n gluttony_n and_o drunkenness_n and_o if_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o be_v find_v notorious_o faulty_a or_o infamed_a upon_o any_o of_o the_o say_a crime_n and_o offence_n then_o to_o detect_v they_o at_o every_o visitation_n or_o soon_o as_o the_o case_n shall_v require_v so_o that_o the_o say_v offender_n may_v be_v correct_v and_o reform_v to_o the_o example_n of_o other_o item_n that_o no_o priest_n from_o henceforth_o do_v use_v any_o unlawful_a game_n or_o frequent_o use_v any_o alehouse_n tavern_n or_o any_o suspect_n place_n at_o any_o unlawful_a time_n or_o any_o light_a company_n but_o only_o for_o their_o necessary_n as_o they_o and_o any_o of_o they_o will_v avoid_v the_o danger_n that_o may_v ensue_v thereupon_o item_n that_o in_o the_o plague-time_n no_o dead_a body_n or_o corpse_n be_v bring_v into_o the_o church_n except_o which_o they_o shall_v recite_v and_o declare_v to_o the_o people_n plain_o distinct_o and_o sincere_o from_o the_o begin_n to_o the_o end_n thereof_o and_o then_o to_o desire_v the_o people_n to_o pray_v with_o they_o for_o grace_n after_o the_o usage_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n now_o use_v and_o that_o do_v we_o will_v that_o every_o preacher_n shall_v declare_v the_o same_o gospel_n or_o epistle_n or_o both_o from_o the_o beginning_n not_o after_o his_o own_o mind_n but_o after_o the_o mind_n of_o some_o catholic_n doctor_n allow_v in_o this_o church_n of_o england_n and_o in_o
