his_o mind_n touch_v the_o creation_n of_o officer_n of_o every_o sort_n and_o effect_v his_o providence_n by_o the_o good_a government_n which_o he_o use_v and_o so_o his_o art_n of_o good_a government_n which_o consist_v in_o disposition_n providence_n or_o foresight_n be_v practise_v in_o the_o creation_n of_o officer_n government_n and_o good_a carriage_n of_o thing_n but_o for_o so_o much_o as_o that_o disposition_n be_v fruitless_a without_o the_o creation_n of_o officer_n and_o creation_n also_o vain_a without_o providence_n which_o look_v for_o necessary_n for_o the_o conservation_n of_o officer_n create_v or_o erect_v and_o in_o fine_a that_o this_o conservation_n effect_v by_o good_a government_n be_v no_o other_o thing_n than_o providence_n put_v in_o execution_n and_o therefore_o not_o only_o the_o disposition_n but_o also_o the_o creation_n and_o good_a government_n of_o salomon_n be_v call_v by_o the_o name_n providence_n nor_o do_v we_o
