august_n 10._o 1677._o as_o follow_v for_o as_o much_o as_o the_o lord_n of_o his_o maj._n privy_a council_n in_o pursuance_n of_o his_o maj._n command_v signify_v to_o they_o by_o a_o letter_n of_o regard_n thereto_o and_o whereas_o by_o his_o maj._n letter_n aforesaid_a it_o be_v leave_v to_o the_o say_n lord_n to_o allow_v to_o these_o minister_n such_o part_n of_o the_o stipend_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a and_o that_o from_o time_n to_o time_n the_o council_n have_v giâ—en_v order_n and_o warrant_n to_o the_o heretor_n and_o other_o liable_a in_o payment_n of_o the_o stipend_n to_o make_v payment_n thereof_o as_o they_o see_v cause_n without_o which_o special_a warland_n they_o can_v not_o nor_o can_v warrantable_o pay_v the_o same_o notwithstanding_o whereof_o it_o be_v inform_v that_o several_a heretor_n have_v pay_v or_o intend_v to_o pay_v these_o stipend_n without_o special_a warrant_n and_o order_n the_o say_n lord_n do_v therefore_o prohibit_v and_o discharge_v
