particular_a parish_n or_o congregation_n yea_o but_o say_v they_o these_o chauncellor_n and_o other_o lawyer_n they_o be_v unlearned_a in_o divinity_n lawyer_n i_o marvel_v that_o our_o brother_n even_o for_o very_a shame_n will_v have_v ever_o object_v this_o unto_o they_o know_v what_o great_a learned_a man_n many_o of_o their_o seniors_n must_v needs_o fall_v out_o to_o be_v in_o many_o by_o inspiration_n with_o the_o election_n of_o they_o to_o the_o seniorie_n or_o come_v it_o by_o virtue_n of_o their_o eldership_n as_o though_o learning_n in_o divinity_n be_v even_o tie_v to_o their_o consistory_n as_o for_o chauncellor_n and_o other_o lawyer_n civil_a or_o canon_n for_o i_o take_v it_o that_o they_o speak_v not_o so_o much_o of_o the_o temporal_a lawyer_n these_o be_v mere_a lie_v man_n and_o unlearned_a in_o divinity_n what_o a_o strange_a and_o high_a conceit_n be_v this_o of_o themselves_o still_o boast_v in_o the_o top_n of_o every_o leaf_n of_o their_o man_n if_o they_o say_v though_o they_o be_v learned_a man_n yet_o in_o other_o thing_n not_o in_o divinity_n be_v it_o not_o more_o likely_a that_o they_o be_v or_o may_v be_v far_o more_o learned_a in_o divinity_n too_o profess_v the_o study_n that_o be_v even_o next_o unto_o divinity_n and_o in_o a_o great_a part_n consist_v on_o divinity_n than_o those_o temporal_a man_n that_o be_v altogether_o or_o for_o the_o most_o part_n train_v up_o in_o worldly_a matter_n and_o in_o mechanical_a occupation_n and_o have_v little_a mind_n or_o leisure_n and_o less_o help_n of_o fear_v to_o employ_v themselves_o in_o any_o deep_a study_n in_o divinity_n yea_o many_o of_o they_o utter_o unlearned_a what_o a_o great_a vanity_n be_v in_o this_o deal_n and_o yet_o these_o say_v they_o mean_v chauncelor_n and_o other_o lawyer_n will_v bear_v the_o great_a sway_n in_o all_o thing_n in_o our_o synod_n these_o bear_v little_a sway_n god_n know_v and_o it_o be_v apparent_a at_o most_o convocation_n no_o more_o than_o do_v any_o other_o particular_a man_n in_o they_o but_o in_o their_o synod_n though_o they_o speak_v clean_o contrary_a therein_o unto_o themselves_o yet_o these_o their_o lay_n rather_o than_o ecclesiastical_a elder_n either_o shall_v bear_v the_o great_a sway_n of_o government_n or_o let_v they_o lay_v aside_o the_o prerogative_n of_o this_o name_n of_o
