depend_v upon_o the_o fundamental_a ground_n reason_n &_o end_n of_o the_o precept_n and_o that_o therein_o also_o be_v employ_v the_o intention_n and_o will_n of_o the_o lawmaker_n which_o be_v the_o soul_n and_o life_n of_o the_o law_n who_o intend_v only_o to_o bind_v by_o his_o declarative_a precept_n for_o as_o much_o only_a as_o the_o thing_n he_o command_v or_o forbid_v be_v of_o it_o own_o nature_n necessary_a or_o repugnant_a to_o some_o former_a law_n of_o god_n nature_n or_o some_o other_o positive_a law_n which_o the_o declarative_a precept_n do_v declare_v and_o suppose_v and_o therefore_o as_o suarez_n well_o observe_v a_o pure_a declarative_a precept_n do_v not_o make_v the_o thing_n which_o it_o forbid_v to_o be_v unlawful_a but_o only_o suppose_v and_o declare_v it_o certain_a that_o the_o pope_n in_o make_v his_o declarative_a prohibition_n of_o the_o oath_n have_v the_o infallible_a assistance_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n mr._n widdrington_n will_v not_o stick_v to_o affirm_v that_o as_o the_o prohibition_n be_v infallible_a so_o consequen_o the_o fundamental_a reason_n and_o ground_n for_o which_o the_o oath_n be_v by_o the_o pope_n breve_n forbid_v be_v
